The First Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Season 2 Trailer Gets Weird, Fast

The trailer for season two of Netflix's breakout comedy promises more of Tina Fey's inspired lunacy.

The first season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was a massive success for Netflix and endlessly quotable catchphrases [http://www.businessinsider.com/how-netflix-got-unbreakable-kimmy-schmidt-from-nbc-2015-3], which as we all know, are the two things by which all television shows lives and dies in today's society.

Details on the highly-anticipated second season of Kimmy Schmidt have been kept heavily under wraps, however, with only a brief teaser trailer [http://variety.com/2016/digital/news/unbreakable-kimmy-schmidt-season-2-teaser-trailer-1201710461/] being dropped last month. Thankfully, today brings us a look at what we can expect in season two ahead of the show's premiere on April 15th.

For those unfamiliar with Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, the oddball comedy stars The Office alum Ellie Kemper "as a woman who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over in New York. After living in a cult for fifteen years, Kimmy decides to reclaim her life and start over in New York City. Armed with just a backpack, light-up sneakers, and a couple of way-past-due library books, she's ready to take on a world she didn't even think existed anymore. Wide-eyed but resilient, nothing is going to stand in her way."

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt also stars 30 Rock alums Jane Krakowski and Tituss Burgess, and may be introducing yet another member from Fey's former NBC series as Kimmy's mother in the upcoming season [http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/unbreakable-kimmy-schmidt-introduce-kimmys-801250].

For now, however, we'll just have to let the image of a coked-up Elmo hold us over until season two of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt premieres on April 15th.

"...the oddball comedy stars The Office alum 'as a woman'..."

You may have forgotten to put Ellie Kemper's name in there.
