I brought my PS2 with Soul Calibur to my school one day and this one guy who thought he was hot stuff was spamming this particular really cheap move with Ivy and he beat everyone in the room (maybe 10-12 people playing), I was talking to someone else when he started proclaiming himself the supreme Soul Calibur master.
Taking offense at this blow to my power I responded.
I double perfected him with Voldo.
He of course started complaining that Voldo was cheap and I was spamming the death wheel move.
So I double perfected him with Nightmare.
He then complained that I was abusing Nightmares forward vertical attack which sidesteps his cheap ass ivy move.
So I busted out Charade and double perfected him as Astaroth and then Taki.
I crushed him and it was oh so satisfying.

A completely unrelated example.
The Spider gates on Okami. It's a little like Ninja gaiden in that the enemies are usually too weak to unleash your cool combos on. In the spider gates they were finally strong enough to really let loose on.
It was like a perfect dance of death, my glaive sheared through enemy ranks while I employed my brush powers to devastating effect, enemies flew through the air in explosive bursts of flowers, weapons were cut from the air and the enemies just kept coming.
When it was over I had just sheared through more than 30 supercharged enemies and I hadn't taken a hit. It was glorious!
