I recently learned about this little wii game coming out some time in october, and here are some things I learned:
The game dose not have that much of a story, family gets cursed, you play as them, don't die.
The game works with you traveling through 5 diffrent stages, or 6 if you find all the special stuff. You have no life bar but you have a flashlight batery life. If you run out of power, you die. The game will be sending out scary stuff at you, not all of them deadly. And as you see the scary stuff the game will see how scared you get. So if the evil girl jumps out at you and you fling your wii remote around in fear, the game will take note. At the end of each stage, the game will show your "sissy meter." I forgot to mension that before you start the stage you need to put in your gender and horoscope sighn. At the end the game will taunt you with the information it got at the start and the times you got scared. Things like "I thought you were a sheep, not a chiken."
The game also has a multiple player mode called courage mode. One person will be traveling through the stage as the other player decides to send out something scary with a push of a button.
I like this game idea. It's not really about story, it's about testing your courage. I probaly woudn't play it though (to much of a chiken >.<) But if I gain the guts to play it, I would probaly rent it. And since there are 5 stages and 4 humans in the game, I bet you get to play as the dog.
