@Unusual: Yep anticipation is best. Also it wasn't my idea. I didn't have food when I got home right away. I forgot to ask for a protein shake before I went to the gym so that plan went like the dinosaurs. Then we went to the gym/magic and my moms car ran out of gas(I assumed she knew considering she usually runs on like 10%). Then I went to the tournament and each round did not leave enough time for me to get food.
