No its not eugenics really. It does not apply to any specific race or culture. It simply seperates those who will treat their children like shit from those who won't. How you seperate the groups is up to you but the simple fact is a lot of people who have children don't deserve to and mistreat/hurt them either physically or mentally.

Piracy laws should be made "reasonable", and piracy isn't stealing it's just making use of someone elses back-up.. so kinda like copying with permission from the first hand buyer... I mean, if I went round to my friend house and with his permission, copied 20GB of music onto my portable hard drive, took it home on and put it on my computer, that is perfectly legal, so how is using the internet as a medium any different?
