The NEXT Sequel?

Okay, so, 2009 is almost over, and many original video games have been brought a sequel, more specifically, the second one.
Games have been released, like Assassins Creed 2, Modern Warfare 2, and Left 4 Dead 2. And others have been announced, like Bioshock 2 and Mass Effect 2.
So, Escapists, what do you think the next sequel for an original* game is?

*The term "original" is used rather loosely...

OH! And another Arkham Asylum style Batman game! Watching Batman Begins and Dark Knight, I've seen many ways in which Arkham Asylum's gameplay could have improved: such as the ability to destroy lights by throwing batarangs and thus create more hiding places. Also; the ability to call upon a swarm of bats to use as cover would be freaking sweet! Just for the love of the Gods; continue to omit vehicle sections ... just ... don't make them mandatory >.<

Imperial Commando would be badass. Only SW game where the character is a villain throughout is TIE Fighter.

I think they could go somewhere with a Prototype sequel, considering how much story they have with all of the web of intrigue targets and what not.

You might be disappointed, because I think I remember reading in the newest Game Informer that Infamous 2 is in the works.

You know, I'd kinda' like to see what a PS3 or X-Box can do with everybody's favorite looney vehicle combat franchise, Twisted Metal. Twisted Metal, which has always been a mix of the funny and deadly serious, should have another walk in the video game park.

From what I've read Bethesda says that it would be a very long time for that game to come out, if they were going to make one, but currently doesn't have plans to.

From sony: killzone3, infamous2, LBP2?, motorstorm3! and Resistance3, (uncharted 3 i can hope!!) heaveny sword 2, ps3 version of syphon filter!! Square enix announced kingdom hearts 3 for ps3.

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem 2. Any system I'll play it.

Brutal Legend 2 should not be made, but it probably will be. I am hoping that Tim Schafer will keep to his policy of not making direct sequels.

I want Dante's Inferno to do well so that it makes a few sequels. It is already a God of War clone, so it might as well got all the way and make a trilogy like God of War. Dante's Purgatory is where he climbs the steps of heaven to get to the Gates of Heaven. Dante's Paradise is where he kills all the angels and even the Almighty.
