i guess i'll replace my placeholder with a character (4th active rp it'd be) and to the diplomat/military i guess military characters are eassier and more fun to rp (who doesn't like blowing stuff up?)
The ship sailed into harbor, carrying a diplomat from Britain. He was here to represent the EU, and request military assistance from the NAC. Stepping on to dry land, he was ushered into a helicopter that was to take him to Washington D.C. The Russian Protectorate was mobilizing its military, and the EU wanted some help from the west. the diplomat sat in silence, contemplating the speech he would give to the President.
After what seemed like days, he heard the pilot asking for permission to land. As William stepped out of the helicopter, he brushed off his tie and followed the Secret Service member to meet the President.

What exactly am I meant to do? Being the only diplomat, I'll be more like a second narrator, and rather detached from the meat of the RP
Like I said, you are trying to get military aid for the EU. Really its just so I can get the one guy who picked America into the main story. But as for being a second narrator, in the future whether your diplomacy succeeds or not will depend on you. I'm only setting the stage for this one, and maybey a few more, but not most.
You can make introductions now, but the fighting is coming up after the diplomacy here. I hope my first RP can survive its opening post...
Ok, but how am I supposed to start? Are the russian troops already deploying? I'm not sure how I'm supposed to intro my character.
