That's one OP Power...The capabilities:

"The user is a protector and keeper of the fabric of time. Unlike Temporal Entity Physiology, the user doesn't become a temporal being of a higher existence, but merely a protector that oversees time and is in charge of keeping its flow in check. However, they acquire special abilities that allow them to control all aspects of time in order to make sure all events within it are in their proper place."

I could be a Lawful Evil vilain who notices that in sometime in the near future the human race will develop the tech to travel in time, and mess with my job. Then, to preserve time as a flow i decide to conquer the Human Race using my Time control powers and...Well...Be a really awesome badass? You know, stopping bullets mid flight, flinging people off the space-time continuum and etc...

The user has the power to create living manifestations of negative energy and can use negative feelings or behaviors of humans like fear, anger, violence, hatred, doubt, despair. The manifestations can even use those feelings as their own powers.

Destroying the world would be so pointless, I'd rather take it over and make it as good and peaceful as a totalitarian ruler can. On the surface it's basically the power of Pitch Black from Rise of the Guardians, but I think this could be used for good. In theory, this should be easier to use against people who are evil, because they are more hateful and violent (and often more fearful and full of despair) than heroes. So it would be very easy to take over and rule out all the bad people, and discover who is truly good.

So...yeah. This kind of makes me want to write a story, actually. The person with the generally horrific power using it for good. I'm sure it's been done a thousand times before, but fuck it, I like the sound of the idea.

So assassinate world leaders, run a crime syndicate, steal everyone's left shoe. You know annoy the world into submission or the heroes into madness so when I "liberate" the world by killing the mad heroes I will take over.

User can manipulate quantum physics, a branch of physics that explains the behavior of matter and its interactions with energy on the scale of atoms and subatomic particles.

With quantum manipulation, the user can enter parallel universes or bubble universes, multiverses and alternate realities, open portals vortexes and boomtubes, dimensional voids and open wormholes and survive a black hole. The user can enter different timelines/realities/dimensions.

So create blackhole on top of the Eiffel Tower. Leave it there for a split second, planet gone.

In more of a ruling capacity, my villain who I have named Frank the Omnipotent, he can go anywhere at any time, and as such any time anything goes wrong, I can nip back and make the perpetrator fall through a portal to the age of dinosaurs or some nonsense.

Honestly the universal/earth shattering powers (that are getting a lot more numerous on the wiki) tend to make these discussions a bit on the easy side. Oh, my power was actually a re-roll. First time I got Game Over [http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Game_Over] and frankly that's a bit cheating.

Users are capable of destroying every single object in a universe. Users are also able to destroy every other parallel universe effectively annihilating all of creation. Max level users can also destroy every point in history effectively undoing creation.

If user destroys every moment in history they could create a paradox from all the different timelines being altered.

Sooooo... Gravity Embodiment. In effect, he becomes the force of gravity itself, able to simply alter his effect on any point in the universe.

This allows complete control over gravity, both of himself and anything around him, as well as limited time manipulation. With a few exceptions, I can't think of a more powerful ability. Any attack falls away from him as he assigns negative gravity to from himself. Entire buildings will be crushed flat by his mere presence and NO MAN WILL STAND BEFORE HIM! Literally, actually, as anyone he tells to kneel isn't gonna have all that much choice. Failing that, he could compress the earth into a singularity. For teh lulz.

As for conquering the world/universe/all possible realities, I think he's start by picking a major city to levitate over and switch off local gravity for a few minutes to get everyone's attention. Once the military arrives, he'd alternate exposing them to zero-g and 50x for split seconds. After the governments of the world surrender, he'd spend his time orbiting around, baiting random superhumans into joining his pavement smear collection.

So yeah. Not entirely sure that anyone would feasibly be able to stop him. Of course, that means that he is completely unfit to be a super villain, as a key requirement is that he must be defeatable by a rag-tag resistance, opposing hero or betrayal from his own minions

Villain name- Fireplace

How to conquer the world- He will somehow get everyone and I mean everyone to install a fireplace (real ones, not the fake display or eletrical fireplaces) all over the world. From there the world is his oyster as he rob everyone via their fireplaces to the point he become the most riches man to buy the world and everyone in it!!!

In another word, he kind of like an evil santa claus well the part where he teleport by a fire source.

Door Manipulation...
Da Fuck!? I didn't even know that was a thing.

Okay, so door manipulation is the ability to create, shape, and manipulate doors and gates, shaping and combining them as needed, or moving them with telekinesis.

You know that actually sounds better than I initially thought it would. Especially being able to create doors. So, my Super villain name should be Portal.

My evil plan would combine several things. Generally locking world and military leaders away by removing the doors to whatever rooms they are in. Also, using my door manipulation to get to whatever secrets and weapons I can possibly need. Also, probably just create doors to allow my minions to enter anyplace I need them to, like the Oval Office or Air Force bases.
