Once again that magical time of year is upon the pc master race. Where emperor Gabe has descended from his golden throne and bestowed pc gaming discounts upon the huddled masses. This year also including a points store to get useless crap that is awesome and I want all of. Any games burning a hole in your wallet yet? Personally I'm still playing entirely too much Planetside 2 and Persona 4 and Im worried getting new games will impact that so I have been able to resist the siren call so far, but for how much longer?

So far, I've bought Dishonored 2 w/ Death of the Outsider, Dishonored Definitive Edition, Witcher III GOTY edition, the GOTY Legacy Pack for Hitman 2, and once I get paid next week, I'll be picking up Jedi: Fallen Order.

Aw, seems you can't get 3 steam cards a day for doing discovery queues anymore. Shame, selling those was always good for a free buck or two in the ol' steam wallet.

Probably gonna pass on this sale. Already got most of the stuff that interests me, and whichever I don't only had a minor discount, or is also available on GOG, so I'll buy it there if and when it goes on sale. Assuming nothing catches my interest by next friday, it'll be one year since I bought anything on Steam.

I have found myself getting more and more into simply playing on console than my PC. I don't know why exactly, I am just enjoying trophy hunting more than I used to and it's left me ignoring even considering games on my PC.

I also got Cherry Kisses and Cloud Meadow but those are both porn games so I'm not sure the mods would want me linking them.

I only got presents for my friends so far; one got Metal Gear Rising for about $10 (Australian), and the other got Monster Train for $35. I haven't gotten anything for myself, but that's because I got Dark Souls 2 and 3 last week when it was only Bamco having a sale, and those should keep me occupied for a while. I considered Sekiro, but I'm currently borrowing that from a friend on PS4, so buying another copy would be redundant (and require me to redo Ashina Outskirts and Hirata Estate).

My wishlist is pretty much empty and most stuff on it I've deleted since I've either wishlisted it on GoG.com or already bought it there. Only a couple of games that aren't released on GoG.com (and probably never will be, but w/e) remain, and they can wait because I'm concentrating on other stuff atm. Most of the games on my steam wishlist either aren't yet or are still in (perpetual) early access(which as far as I'm concerned is the same thing).

Hell, most of the ones not out yet don't even have release dates ATM.

The ones that aren't haven't been discounted enough to make it worth it to buy them right now and half the time if the same game is available from GOG.com, I'll just wait till it goes on sale there instead(which doesn't take long).

I picked up GreedFall because of its various approaches to typical RPG gameplay. It’s pretty interesting but I’m not sure I’ll keep it. The developer is apparently notorious for poor optimization, and its CPU usage is the first to kick my fan into overdrive. Considering it’s been out for the better part of a year I doubt it’ll be patched.

It's not really an RPG. It's honestly closer to an adventure game then anything else. It's like Undertale in more of a thematic way then gameplay mechanics. So no bullet hell to worry about.

As Specter mentions below, it's also fairly short. I'm pretty sure you can easily finish it in 2-3 hours.

Very stylish game, very funny too with its saucy sense of humor.

Super Win the Game is another pretty short game. A Zelda II like puzzle platformer. The looks are deceiving, it's very enjoyable.
