The Supreme Court and YOU

So, I work at a hotel in Canada, and I am nosy, so I started picking around with the documents in my desk.

Imagine my surprise when I found a Supreme Court summons!

I feel bad for even looking, but it got me really excited at the same time. I don't know if any of you have ever seen a Supreme Court summons, but this shit be heavy:

WRIT OF SUMMONS:

(names and addresses of the plaintiffs)

(names and addresses of the defendants)

ELIZABETH THE SECOND, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom, Canada and Her other Realms and Territories, Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith.

To the defendant(s): (defendants)

TAKE NOTICE that this action has been commenced against you.

(huge list of offenses)

Holy crap.

So what I'm getting at with this rambling post... what's the weirdest, most exciting or most interesting thing you've come across at work? I used to think mine was that iPod Touch I found, but I think a Supreme Court summons beats that.

Let's hear it, folks.

I'm Canadian, our summons needs to be updated! Take out all that God and Faith stuff.
