When I was a kid, we would go to this sketchy ass internet cafe/video game service store to put some games into my R4 for the original DS. They had those boxes on the shelves and I had no idea what they were. The image of that cyborg frog was burned into my memory forever.

My family actually had a Matrox Mystique 220 back in the day.
I am also a bit upset that they didn't include the Creative Geforce Voodoo 2 box art there, which is what defined my childhood ideas of terrible art with weird racist undertones.

Well to be fair, trashy CGI was all the rage back then, along with 10GB hard drives. Or was it 5GB.

My HD6970 came with a slightly classier gamer babe in the vein of Bloodrayne on the box.
