This entire thread is suffering from a lack of understanding of subjectivity. I feel that if someone sets out with the goal of entertaining people, and a large amount of people are entertained, they have suceeded. If someone attracts massive amounts of devoted fans, they are good at what they do. Mabey you don't like them but that is all about your personal tastes. Personally I really like Tobuscus, find PewDiePie passable, and don't like Ijustine... that doesn't make any of them worse or better, thats simply what I personally find entertaining.
On the Amazing Atheist, he makes good points often enough that I will stay subscribed to him, and watch most of what he puts out, though I have also relagated him to the pile of scumbag for insulting people in responses... but usually the non ad hom points are good enough for me to watch, and I agree with some of what he has to say.
