I plan to make an article at the end of the year of my 100 worst songs from 2008. But I think, I could broadan my horizons. You lot can list here your worst songs of 2008 with a reason why. A couple of rules to lay down.

1. The song has to have been released in 2008. This works from any country.
2. You can post an artist if you can't pin point a certain bad song.
3. Any artist. Any song. From 2008.

That's it, have fun.

Marco Polo - Bow Wow Ft. Soulja Boy. I don't think it gets much worse than that.

Any and all songs released by 'scene' bands this year. Especially "Dear Maria, Count Me In" by All Time Low. The exception to this is of course "Shake It" by Metro Station because for reasons I cannot possibly explain, as talentless as that band as, as stupid as the lyrics are. That song is just damn catchy.

Insert current top 100, for the last 60 years.
Maybe all of the escapist hates mainstream, but I don't care, I think most music is shit!
Most recent music is.

Anything that sounds like the listeners spend more time with razors on their arms than on their face deserves trial by fire...That and linken park's entire album history, and band members, should be launched off the planet on a rocket to lord knows where.

Basshunter:The Album.

Apparently it has more than one song on it, but as far as I can tell it doesn't even have more than one tempo.

All summer long by kid rock is atleast alright. So not all of the top 100 should be burned in the fires of hell.

Oh no, There needs to be more room so all those fans can burn with them.(Quite a lot of bands that have huge fan masses that will do anything to meet them.)

I'm just not a fan of the current wave of pop-hardcore, or for that matter the more underground variety of macho hardcore. It's all very silly.

outside of "dota"
"boten anna"
and maaaayyybe "im your basscreator"

I dont think there's anything else to *put* on an album that someone would recognize/listen to.

Although, I did have the misfortune a couple weeks ago to hear the english version of "boten anna" on the radio...about vomited in the car.

Theres always gonna be craptacular songs every year, but foremost among the crop released THIS year, I would say...

- Lollipop by Lil Wayne
- Raising McCain by John Rich
- Womanizer by Britney Spears
- Everything from the new High School Musical film.
- Everything Soulja Boy did and all future things he will do.

You can stand under my umber-ella.

I Kissed A Girl, by Katy Perry.

In fact, anything played on Radio 1.

Scratch that, the only good thing released this year is below;

Hey! The shock of the lightning is in there, you leave Oasis out of this.
Thirded...even if half of Dig Out Your Soul is fairly crap.
