Don't think anyone said spy from Team Fortress 2. I always thought he was really bad ass for some reason, putting on a little cardboard mask and tricking everyone into thinking he was a team mate. Invisibility, that stiletto, the balaclava, everything about him is just cool.

Guy gets hammered in the courtroom all the time, has to deal with a batshit insane world, breaks down a lot of doors, runs across a burning bridge, loses his job, gets stuck with a kid the same day, gets hit by a car, is sent 30 feet through the air, collides head first with a telephone pole, and gets up and walks away without a real injury. Oh, and he and Xanatos apparently share notes given how his scheme works out in the end.
This is completely badass for a lawyer.
Otherwise, I'd have to say Emile from Halo Reach (lived pissed judging from the background info, died pissed), Commander Shepard (even Paragon, this guy is bad-ass), pretty much the entire main cast of Xenosaga (hell, even Allen, the guy who's too weak to actually fight in-game beats a high level enemy to death with his bare hands in the end), and of course Hakumen.
