Seriously, everytime I enter my girlfriend's room(She has a doll collection), it takes all my courage to not look uneasy.

Parasites. For example ringworms. Just knowing something is crawling under my skin would probably do more damage to me than the actual parasite.

I can speak from example here, it is kind of itchy. Although ringworm is a fungus, and is the same thing as Athlete's Foot or Jock itch. I think you may actually be thinking of tapeworms, which I would definitely agree with you. That shit is weird.
