Things you do that you think no one else does

[Devil's Due]

I have to be surrounded by something at all times. During class I'll position my backpack, gear, and anything else I may have to be around me to keep me close. I don't like having so much exposed areas around my body, it annoys me for no reason.

Also, this is for military personnel, but for things that I think only I do that no one else does? Actually following the damn regulations. I swear, no one even cares or respects the uniform these days.

Lastly, I try to have every damn light possible on. Even when I have two lamps and an overhead light on for a small room in the middle of the day I don't consider it bright enough. Probably because I live in Washington my entire life. So few sunny days, so much darkness...

When I walk up stairs, I sometimes walk on all four.

I do that but only in my house. Done it since I was a kid, no idea why

When I was a kid it was just easier to clamber up the stairs on all fours since the stairs were (to my childhood size) steep as a series of cliffs. I've never seen a staircase steep enough to cause me that problem as a just shy of six foot tall adult.

Much most of the time I use my right hand to use the folk and left hand for the knife. The only time I use in the proper way is when I'm in a fancy restaurant or at someone house.
Also I always get my greens (I don't like) first before digging into the rest of the meal like chicken (my way is to get them out of the way first so that I can enjoy the rest of the meal afterward).
