Poor lebanese don't have a single good person to lead them.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear this was caused by damage from the earlier explosion. I imagine there'd be a lot of damaged electricals.

Also why on earth would you film it? I'd be head down on the ground tucked into a ball by then lol.

To be fair as someone that has been in multiple fires because my life is misery, one of the first things people do is pull out their phones and start recording, this is just a theory but I assume the endorphin rush of seeing view counts and likes overrides survival instinct.
