The Titans, one of the groups of Superheros that protect and serve the world. Once led by Robin it is now one of the largest. They now have a base in at least every continent and now a new Base has been created in the outskirts of London due to an unprecedented increase in crime in Britain. This new branch is lead by both Cat-girl and Misfit. Unfortunately they have been met by distrust by the people of Britain who have developed a dislike for the Meta-humans due to many crimes being committed by such people. Will you answer the call to become a Titan? Will the people come to accept you? Will you fall from a hero into the path of a villain? Will you save the ruining Britain? Only time will tell...
The Tower is the base of all operations. It's where the Titans sleep, eat and generally spend all their time at. It has state-of-the-arc facilities from a Training zone (Which features robotic enemies and stun-turrets) to a kitchen. It also has amazing defenses such as alarms, lethal turrets and robotic guards, few people have ever gotten in without permission.
This is an RP GM'd by both me and BoosterGold [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/view/BoosterGold] based on the television series version of Teen Titans. It's based a few years after the events of the show and all the original Titans have moved on to other things, continued superheroing or not. It will be an Episodic RP with me and Booster alternating who writes up the main story for each episode. This will not be a serious RP (In the sense that it will be a bit silly at times much like the TV series was).
You will fight all sorts of colorful characters, some canonical others not. There will be recurring and non recurring villains. There will also be other heroes that will help you which will follow the same rules. As I said before this will not be serious and that will be mirrored onto the characters. Also, if you want to play a Canonical character make sure to tell us who first, this is to stop you from choosing characters we deem too overpowered.

Power/Special Talent: Her DNA is fused with that of a cats so she has higher reflexes, higher strength, faster then a normal human and is extremely agile. Unfortunately, this also makes her small for her age.
Age: 15 though she is only as tall as a 10 year old and is sometimes mistaken for one.
Bio: She is the product of a project to create artificial humans, but a cats DNA accidentally got mixed into the formula. With her coming out as a Cat-girl, the project was scrapped and she was adopted by the lead scientist in the project. Due to her cat-girlness she couldn't go to school and was home-tutored by her adoptive father. He was nice to her, feeling guilty thinking it's his fault that she can't be a normal girl. She doesn't mind however in fact she loves it, she can do things others her age can't even dream of doing and crime-fighting is extremely fun for her. As she grew older she developed a crush on Robin, the leader of the Titans and quickly joined when she was 13. She was first positioned in Titans France, which was then in charge of the whole of Europe until the Titans grew bigger. When there she gained an Arch-nemesis, Fagure, who often tried to capture her while her teammates weren't watching. She beat him every time but he continued to fight back, much to her annoyance as he was not the most challenging villain it was almost as if he didn't even want to kill her. He became a joke for the other Titans, often calling him 'Cat-girls No. 1 fan' and tormenting her. Eventually one day he managed to capture her while everyone slept. What happened she can't remember but she came back a few days later much to the other Titan's glee. As crime increased in Britain she felt sad that her own country was falling into dis-array and pushed forward the idea of Titans Britain to the guys up top, it was accepted and she then transfered there for the overseeing of the creation of the base. Now it's done she is the CO-leader of the Titans: Britain.

Power:She has the power to command a dark energy that creates destruction, and chaos, this energy is pure black, and can turn into a variety of destructive things. Even though she hasen't mastered her power fully, she is still very powerfull, the only disadvantage of this, is that she can't control any of the higher powers, and she must do something in order to gain access/control them.
When she uses her power her eye tends to have a Red crescent shaped symbol appear in it, as she uses her power more, the crescent glows brighter, and her eye color changes from purple, to a dark red, she has never reached the point where her eye becomes dark red, but she feels her power control her more, as she uses it more.
There is a strange condition, where, if she knows she is about to die, or she is about to die, that all her powers are active, during this state, she is not in control, and can only watch as she does whatever her power wishes her to do.

Bio:She doesn't remember her childhood very well, she doesn't have any memory before she was 10 years old, all she remembers is that she once had a mother, and father, but can't remember them well. She spent most of her life in a foster home, untill she was adopted by the Zeffis family, which had taken good care of her, untill she was 14, where she unlocked her powers for the first time.
Her foster parents notified the police, they didn't mind her as a normal child, but the minute she had obtained her power, they rejected her. As the police officer pointed a gun towards her, attempting to shoot her in the leg, and cripple her, so they could examine her. She got the notion she was about to die, at that time, all her powers had been unlocked, and she had created a weak black hole temporarily, which had swallowed the house, and other things in the surrounding area.
Everyone had gotten away before they got devoured by the black hole, she had gotten away from the area, and found herself in the forest, running from the police, and having no idea how she used those powers. She is now 17, she had lived in Canada for a short amount of time, and then traveled to Britain, where she found herself robbing from those who stole from others.
Personality: She is a kind person, and dislikes using her power for destruction, but she has a dark malicious side to her, a side that wants to do mischeivious things, and cause trouble. So far, she is able to supress that side, but she can't help but feel a darkness looming in her heart, a power that wants destruction.

Bio: Even from when he was a baby Dartor displayed intellect at an almost supernatural level. Dartor easily excelled in every subject of school (except PE) and skipped several grades. His parents were incredibly proud of 'their little boy genius' but little did they know that Dartor's performance in class was only the tip of his efforts.
Secretly Dartor burrowed under his parent's house creating a chamber where he could truly exercise his intellect away from the prying eyes of the world. Dartor worked for years expanding his small chamber into a massive sprawling laboratory where he pioneered science that stretched beyond the limits of what most people thought was possible.
Dartor was happy to work away forever without influencing the world or letting it intrude however, the world would not let him pass by. One day a ineffectual villain accidentally burrowed into Dartor's laboratory and grabbed some of the tech. Using the stolon equipment the villain wrecked havoc on the surrounding town. Dartor, realizing that he was somewhat at fault, gathered his own equipment and engaged the villain. After an extended battle the villain was driven away but much of Dartor's laboratory was destroyed.
Wanting to impose some order on his home land Dartor told his family he was going off to some prestigious boarding school and left to join the Titans Britain. He has spent recent time retooling some of his equipment for combat and training his body. FOR SCIENCE!

He can tend to get agitated easily but this can also provide a deep well of stubbornness when things get tough. Rather intolerant of people who don't support science, facts, or rational argument. He is both confused but intrigued by magic.

Both the glasses and mask though have lenses that are far from normal. The eye wear track his eye movements and can gain targeting data and other information to transfer to his other tools. They can also project miniature HUDs or information so Dartor can gain info on the fly. The mask also contains a slight subliminal confundeler that can help protect his identity.
Superdralic Feedback System - These cord like tubes are filled with nanomachines that act like a flexible hydrolic system times 100. With the cords running along his back and down his limbs Dartor seems to gain super strength, though the system can only run for about 1.5 hours before needing extensive recharging.
Booster Drill Guantlet - The gauntlet itself looks normal but attached to the wrist is a large drill about 2 feet in diameter and 2 feet long extending past the wrist. The body stretches back to Dartor's elbow where it ends in a large rocket booster for extra penetrative power. The rocket is easily powerful enough to launch Dartor through the air though he has had to add stabilizer fins when the first test firing was... destructive. Due to the weight of this item Dartor must use his SF system to even carry the device much use use it properly.
D-rang - These small lightweight boomerangs are shaped like a capital D and have autoguiding and flight stabilizing capacity. These are one of Dartor's most commonly used weapons.
Time Machine - What? No! That's um... uh... a coffee machine! Yah just a big inefficient coffee machine. It's a bit of a failure I know, I don't like to talk about it. Let's see what else is around here!
Rocket Boots - Hell yah! That's more like it! Who doesn't want rocket boots? Actually, while it has plenty of thrust the complete lack of proper control surfaces makes extended flight difficult if not impossible. Darter usually uses them for short supper hops.
Emergency Subspace Jump Capacitor - One of Dartor's newest developments. This belt buckle sized device is a miniaturized version of Dartor's Subspace Teliporter. It allows the user and a small amount of carried mass to instantly teliport up to about 300 feet but the unstable miniaturized power source is burnt out after a single use.

Power/Special Talent: Edward has the powers of super strength and endurance. However, they waver based on his willpower. The more determined he is, the more powerful he becomes and the harder he is to bring down. The key to defeating him is to undermine his confidence.
Age: 16
Appearance: Stands at 5'7" (should this be converted to metric, since it's in Britain?) and weighs 200 pounds, all muscle. Very broad-shouldered and muscular, making him appear several years older, though it's thrown off by his height. His head is large, though ultimately in proportion, and broad. He has narrow, almost elven brown eyes heavily contrasting his otherwise strong-looking features. His hair is a lightish brown and very short, though sticking up near the front. When pressured, he admits that he is attempting to copy David Tennant's style.

He tended not to see his mother much, though, as she worked as a businesswoman and was frequently overseas. He bonded extensively with his father, Dan, and the two got along well. On his twelfth birthday, however, his powers manifested for the first time while out at a picnic, accidentally knocking his friend unconscious with a tossed Frisbee. After that, his father took him home and put him to bed. When he awoke the next day, his father had disappeared, only to be replaced with his mother, suddenly cold and uncaring. Confused by these events, Ed fled from his home in search of friends. Not on his third night on his own, he happened to run across the Titans.
Personality: A very friendly person, though needy. He desperately wants interaction with others, and will attempt to join any conversation he can. He can manipulate the air around him to freeze and transform himself into ice armour that look like a knight. The ice on him are not weak but it's as strong as metal (bullet proof).
Not only he have protection but he can create any hand held weapon (sword, shield, lance, knuckle duster and mace etc) made of ice as well (as long he is holding, it will take in a solid form). He can make throwing weapons like throwing stars but they shatter on impact (still hurt like hell). He is also able to without certain degree of coldness (he can wear a t-shirt in the snow and won't fell cold at all.
To revert back from knight to normal form is easy, he break the ice off into the air (non toxin)
Important note- He can't make ice bean like Iceman from X-Men.
Also have training in hand to hand combat and using hand held weapons.

It's simply a blue spandex type of costume with a zipper on his chest. He is cover from neck to toe (his shoe wear is integrated into it. The suit had a lot of padding so look buff but he is really isn't (the padding are to protect him from hard attack).
He wears a skiing type of mask but it loose but strongly attach to the back of the neck (this mean he can take it off and still worn on like a hood). With the mask on, you can only see his eyes.
Knight form
Note- He suppose to look somthing like the above image but less awesome and without the extra frabic materials. Anything that is expose in the armour e.g. the armpit, his blue spandex can be seen.
This may sound plain but it when he is in knight mode that makes it cooler. When freezing the air to make his armour, he overall colour become mostly white. The gaps in the armour (e.g. armpit) still reveal his blue spandex. In his knight form, he look like a organic white knight (almost like the suit in the game Crysis ) since the ice had freeze on him.
In another word, he is like a knight with mail. He put on the rest of the armour but the mail is still expose in the gaps.
His insigna is a snowflake located on his chest.
Bio:
He was on a skiing trip with his friend in Snowdonia. They were at the base of the mountain when something unexpected had happen. They saw an avalanche and they had quickly trying to escape. Jack was unfortunately got caught and buried in the snow.
Buried alive, the only thing he saw was an unknown canister (I know a back story to this) in front of his face. The canister was leaking out a blue liquid which is strange because it would have been frozen when exposing to the ice. The liquid had a strange reaction to the ice and it touches his face. Soon the liquid grew out an ice and it encases him like an ice coffin. This had save his life since it had put him into hibernation.
A month later, some people had found him and he broke out of his ice coffin. His family (his parent and his little sister) visit him in hospital and to everyone surprise he was perfectly fine although his body is able to withstand the coldness that no human can ever with stand. The only thing he wanted was to return home and be with his family which the doctor agrees but only if he return weekly to further test him.It was a week later back at home when he discover his new ability to make ice armour on himself, which his sister joke he is a "frost knight". He just laughs it off seeing it was useless (he wanted ice bean power).
It was one day when two strangers try to kidnap him. He was able to escape so the strangers hold his parent and sister hostage. He went to the meeting place and a fight was enure. He was able to utalize his ability to defeath both of them.
They were all in the police station with the strangers arrested. A goverment agent meet with him and is aware of the situation. It was reveal that they working for a villain (they never seen this villain face nor the name). The agent had made him a offer that he be train (maybe the hero Ice or Wildcat would mentor him) to be superhero and join the British Teen Titan.
Although he wanted a normal life but in exchange for taking up a superhero mantle, the government will put his family into hiding. The drawback is that he should not see his family ever again in fear of leak information should he contact them.
For his sake of his family safety and protection, he reluctantly say farewell to them.

There is two side to him, the arrogant side and the moody side. Since his ice armour can withstand most fire arm, he would run straight into a shoot out. This is not to say he is brainless rushing into danger. He is confident when to jump out into the openning.
His moody side is just that he can get annoy easily but this is a reflection of his home sick.
Overall he tend to get on with other people but may leave the wrong impression (when he get annoy with somebody, they think he doesn't like him/her.
Weakness:
Although his armour can protect him from fire arm, his ice shatter easily against people with super strength. He also have a similar weakness to Frozone from The Incredible, he can't make his ice armour if he is surrounded by fire. Fire is not too much of a weakness since his ice can withstand the heat. It's only when it is intense fire that his armour will be weaken. His major weakness is salt, antifreeze and espically salt water. The salt can stain his costume which mean he won't be able to make his ice armour until he clean the salt stain on him first.

Born in Venice Italy, he was raised as a normal boy by his human mother and werewolf father. He always loved running around the paths of Venice, exploring wherever he can and finding new things along the way. He didn?t like the water though but he did manage to let it grow on him when he went on his first gondola ride around the city. When he hit teenage hood he?d buildings and sit on the top of them with his binoculars and watched what the going on around town. He would sometimes get in trouble cause of it, but he?d make up for it by going to church and praying. He loved soccer and played with his ball sometimes with the other children out in the plaza.
On Wednesday 14th of March, in the evening, he saw a group of men head into the Basilica of San Marco Church. He snuck in and saw that they were carrying firearms. They were part of a mafia gang that was from Roma that came to place a hit down on the priest. When they called for the priest, one of the gang members pulled a gun on him and began shooting at the priest. He missed and the priest went into a room and locked himself in. They mafia gang members began to kick at the door to break it down. Nathan wanted to help the priest, but he was scared that they might hurt him. This began to anger him and the evening was turning into night.
When the moonlight hit Nathan, he began to sweat and a swell of power came up from within him. The power came at a surge and Nathan reared his head and howled at the men. The men pulled their guns and started shooting but missed every shot due to the fear of what was going to happen to them. Nathan was in his werewolf form, but his mind wasn?t clouded with animal fury. He was able to control himself, and his first act of his werewolf form was to take out these gang members. He charged for them and tackled one of them to the ground. He growled at his face and the guy fainted due to shock. The other three started running for the exit out of there. Nathan took the podium of the priest and threw it at two of the mafia thugs and took them out. The last one ran for his dear life, but Nathan was able to track his scent and leaped out of the church for him. There were people out and saw the werewolf go for the mafia thug as it leaped onto him and grabbed him by the coat collar and took him inside the church. It then came out and closed the doors to it locking it shut. He took them to the door of the priest?s room where the priest was hiding and called for him. The priest came out and saw the wolf boy and the four thugs out cold. Nathan then took them inside the room and boxed them in a makeshift prison. Nathan then calmed himself and he changed back into his human form and turned to the priest and apologized for destroying his podium. The priest said it was fine, but he thanked him for saving him from the Mafia thugs.
After that event, the priest called the police and they took the mafia thugs into jail. Nathan?s parents came to see if Nathan was alright. Nathan said he was fine and they all went home. He told them of what happened when they arrived and then the parents told him why he was who he was. He was accepting of the fact that he was a half werewolf, half human, but he didn?t find himself fitting in with anyone, including his family. When Nathan was 15 years old, he left Venice on a journey to find himself a new home. His father gave him a sword as a memento that Nathan will remember them.
