I bought Tony Hawk's ride yesterday from a cash converter for £15, which had everything with it.
Sadly, it isnt working and im not sure why. Ive tried everything and nothing is working so im hoping that someone here knows how to fix it.
First of all: nothing appears to be broken. Its all in good condition except for the battery casing on the back of the board, there was some battery acid in there which ive cleaned out.

So, ive just replaced all the batteries (Duracell plus) and tried to play it. The dongle is securely in the back of the wii and the red light is flashing at a regular pace.
Only, the LED lights on the board itself are messing up. This is what happens:
All of the lights turn on.
Then they all go out exept for the first one, as if to say it was connected as controlled #1.
Then that goes out and all of the lights turn on again.

This happens very quickly.

Dont know whats causing it, ive tried cleaning out the battery slots and replaced all batteries, ive cleaned the sensors, even tried blowing into the USB slot of the dongle, and nothing is working. It simply will not connect. I dont know if this is the board that is not working, or the dongle itself.

It worked for about 5 minutes this morning, and then just suddenly disconnected and stopped working.

Does anyone know why this is happening, or something i could do to fix it? I dont really want to go and refund it because it looks quite fun.

Thanks
