Widowmaker's a widow...Tracer can catch her on the rebound. Just a "few" years too late, but still: I've seen ships sailed on less. :3Gordon_4 said:Well, the WidowTracer shippers are now 50% more justified, so they should be happy

In a world where innocent people are getting shelled and bombed to death, political figures get assassinated and where the president-elect throws fucking Twitter tantrums...
I haven't seen a single person outraged though.CrazyCapnMorgan said:helled and bombed to death, political figures get assassinated and where the president-elect throws fucking Twitter tantrums...
Two fictional women who are having a holiday together and share a kiss infers that a sexual relationship exists draws outrage.
Both of those things are pretty easily explained, though.SirSullymore said:There's a lot of weird things about this comic, like Tracers chornal accelerator and Torb's robot arm being gone.
Cue up Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On." :^)undeadsuitor said:Tracer can travel through time. I'm sure there's enough material for a hurt fic where Tracer accidently travels back to the day before Amelia gets abducted and she has to desperately try to change the past knowing that she could bounce back to the present at any moment. Only to come back realizing nothing changed and Amelia doesn't remember a thing.RJ 17 said:Widowmaker's a widow...Tracer can catch her on the rebound. Posts like these are exactly the problem that I'm referring to.undeadsuitor said:Friend do I have bad news for you. We've been speculating their sexualities since they were revealed. And the general consensus is that..all of them.selere said:A bit of a bad move by Blizzard. By revealing to the public that "one of the characters is homosexual", they gave the fanbase ammo to speculate as much as they wanted. They should have left it there, making the character's sexualities unspecified, as it doesn't need to be, since it has nothing to do with the gameplay. The only result of this is that people will see Tracer as the LGBT token of Overwatch.
All of them are gay.
Especially Soldier 76 and reaper. And Junkrat and Roadhog. And Mei and Zarya. And pharah and mercy. And symettra and sombra. And McCree and hanzo.
Super gay.
(Also, I like how pharahs confirmed straightness by her having dinner with a man doesn't 'count' as leaving her sexuality unspecified, because it's a videogame. But tracers does? Does straight not count as a sexuality?)
They have a pink mecha piloted by a hot female South Korean professional video gamer. Surely they've stopped pretending that their not pandering to their audience. I would like to think that this was a good faith attempt at inclusivity, but...undeadsuitor said:Lesbians can't exist without it being pornagraphic?Aeshi said:You know, for all the complaints Blizzard has made about all the R34 stuff, they really do seem to love pouring gasoline onto that fire.
To be fair, a while back Blizzard released a statement indicating that one of the cast members was a homosexual, not a bisexual, they just didn't state who it was. This comic serves as confirmation that Tracer has a girlfriend/wife, so combined with Blizzard's previous statement it would mean that she specifically is a lesbian, not bisexual.Igor-Rowan said:Aaaaaaand we continue to live in a world where bissexuals don't exist in the media, not that I'm complaining, but why does somebody has to be exclusively gay/lesbian? You can like both genders, you know?
Not really sure what your point is here...of course in "non porn headcanon" she's not overly sexualized. I assure you, however, in the full-porn headcanon/fan-art division: she's arguably the most popular subject. :^)undeadsuitor said:This seems kinda off topic but hilariousFox12 said:They have a pink mecha piloted by a hot female South Korean professional video gamer. You would think d.va would be sexualized af given her outfit but you know what the number one non porn headcanon I've seen for her is?

Oh yeah, I know. Just found out about this statement after my mini-rant there, that's what I get for meddling with things I don't know fully about.RJ 17 said:snip

Are you as opposed to Widowmaker's backstory including a husband? Personally I think it's super pandering to give a woman a husband and imply she's into men.selere said:A bit of a bad move by Blizzard. I look at this the opposite way. Tracer's got a girlfriend, so now that stupid WidowTracer ship is finally fuckin' sunk. And apparently Pharmercy too!Gordon_4 said:Well, the WidowTracer shippers are now 50% more justified, so they should be happy
