I dont get his because with all the assets they had, ready made, you would think they would of changed more?

I mean ok the single player campaign is new but tiny and short. Zombies is good but its just a minigame.

The multiplayer is largely the same but with diff guns, games like Halo:Reach added allsorts of abilities and jet packs and made the game more fun in MP.

what about a story coop? or a real coop at all? why fail to emulate MW2s single redeeming feature?

Too bad they forgot about the good servers MW2 had, even if they did fix the overpowered explosives.

Are you sure they didn't use Modern warfare as a diving board instead?
This game has WORSE forshadowing, worse plot, not really as good as it sounds multiplayer and fails to understand what the title means (you could say it's called Black Ops because it's meant to be like an espionage themed action movie, but very little of the game feels like that, Modern Warfare 2 felt more like it had espionage in it).

Then again, direction you go from a diving board is down, so maybe that is an appropriate metaphor.
Uuh, yeah, that's what I was implying in the first place. o_o
Okay, it's just that I've heard some rather awkward metaphors used seriously.
Was it awkward? I seemed pretty straight-forward to me.
Not so much that (it was straight forward) as it is that I've heard a metaphor similar to this used to compliment something (I forgot what it was due to having to clean up for a tenet inspection at the place I living at).
Well whoever used it as a compliment isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, that's for sure.

My question is, "When did MW2 become the point of comparison?"

MW2 was a poorly balanced COD4. MW2 introduced some of the WORST elements of first person shooters that have ever existed. MW2 promotes camping more than any other first person shooter that has ever existed (by rewarding campers with... MORE KILLSTREAKS).

MW2 was the most frustrating and overrated multiplayer game I've ever played.

We should be comparing these games to COD4 for it's perfect balance of fairness, simplicity, and fun.
