The Twilight 'phenonemon' is quite frankly the biggest load of utter drek it has EVER been my misfortune to stumble across. I know romance when I see it (oh shush) and this, my friends, is not romance.

It happens. Whether or not the movie is any good remains far away from me cause I ain't watching it.
The first one was enough. Tried watching it, actually made it close to the end before i turned it off out of.....not liking it. Then of course I finally watched it all the way through because of a girl.

I am so out of this Twighlight loop that I don't enven realy know what all the hate is about but strangely, I hate it too and peoples obsession about it. Does that make me stupid being outside the loop or realy clever because I never entered it?

*edit* As I side note, I didn't think New Moon was all that terrible. True, I enjoyed the books, but I hated the first movie. Although I hate most film adaptations of books - tends to ruin it for me somehow (I also didn't like any of the Harry Potter movies, or Fight Club).
The acting is still pretty terrible for the most part, though.

EDIT: I should try capitalizing upon the next movie's release, pretend to like it to get some fangirls by my side, which can't be that bad, as long as I screen out the words "Twilight","Bella",and "Edward Cullen" from my ears, and replace them with, respectively, "District 9", "Alien Superweapons", and "Wikus".
When Twlight Eclipse comes out in 2010, I'm walking down to the nearest big cinema dressed as Abraham Van Helsing with crosses, garlic, stakes and silver bullets, calling on the teenage fan-girls to repent their sins.
