Ubisoft Handing Out Phoenix Credits in Compensation for The Division Issues

//cdn.themis-media.com/media/global/images/library/deriv/1313/1313680.jpgThe Division players are receiving hundreds of Phoenix Credits from Ubisoft.

The Division has had some issues of late. Problems like disappearing characters [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/167089-The-Divisions-Game-Breaking-Bug-to-be-Fixed-in-Next-Update#&gid=gallery_6121&pid=1] have plagued the game. In an effort to make amends for these disruptions, Ubisoft is going to be handing out Phoenix Credits to players.

Players affected by the backpack bug or disappearing character bug will receive 500 Phoenix Credits and 10 of each High-End crafting material (division tech, electronics, fabric, gun parts, and tools) sometime within the next two weeks. These credits can be used to purchase higher-quality gear and blueprints. The crafting materials are used to create gear from those blueprints.

Additionally, anyone who logs in to The Division this weekend will receive 150 Phoenix Credits as compensation for the daily challenges that didn't update for three consecutive days.

Ubisoft announced this compensation during its weekly "State of the Game" stream on Twitch. They also discussed efforts to curb cheating, among other things.

You can watch the entire stream over on The Division's Twitch channel [https://www.twitch.tv/thedivisiongame/v/61537681+ target=].

Love it. Your game is screwed up? Bad bugs? You don't even have to give them a tangible reward. Just get them some in-game stuff that they could have gotten anyways.

No, but if anyone asks you to exchange in bitcoins, SAY NO.

So this is how far gaming has fallen. Not only can you not play how you want and have fun with glitches without being punished by the overlords but the game fails to work so badly that they offer 'compensation'. Am I going to have to swap my real licences and insurance details in GTA next?
