She will be a hit in prison though, a looker like her.
/sarcasm.

She'll be free and pregnant in a few years though. Look at the state of her, she can only be a failure.

"Hey, there's that girl who's viciously bullied me for the last 4 years... *clicks add*"

Stupid girl...

Aaah, so its the victims fault after all!

What are you smoking? You can't expect people to take measures to protect themselves on the internet. It is so much easier to be stupid then get to waste the court's time and money. You know since they have nothing better to do than worry about what someone puts on your facebook.
This girl has already been found guilty of assaulting the victim in 2005 as she walked home from school, and two years later she was convicted of causing criminal damage after kicking Emily's front door.

I tend to think preventing harrassment and assult is a half decent use of the courts time.

Maybe we should have solved this the American way; just given the victim an assult rifle and let her loose at school?
It is a half decent use of the court's time when not provoked. As you even said yourself the other girl kicked in her door beat her up then Emily keeps her in her facebook. Which leads to the girl harrassing her online through facebook. Sorry that is a fail in the sympathy dept. If she had taken reasonable measures to protect herself online and then it happened it would be a different story.

Hah!
I like that judge.
He's got a sharp tongue.

And hopefully this brings about some kind of change in that girl.
He makes me think of Yoda for some reason.

"A coward, you are."

Got a kid in my class who is, by every definition, mentally, and physically, a giant baby. He's a big ol' bully, with nothing better to do. He's more annoying than anything, but it'd be interesting to see him jailed.

I'd still nail her...
I'd hit that, with a crowbar.

To be honest though I'm not sure I'd even touch that with a crowbar. Guess beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that.

P.S. Anyone else think of, "You startled the Witch!" from that picture of her?
