I presume that it just changes their class, not their level - remember that these new bodies are stuck at 1st level (IIRC). Long-range teleportation is likely a tad bit harder.Bigfootmech said:Wonder why they just don't change class and use a long range teleportation spell.
That's what I was thinking too, but I'm surprised that Schmoopy would be able to do as much as he did already at only first level. First level abilities are usually pretty crap -- what kind of class would have teleport (even short range) as a first level ability?shark77 said:I presume that it just changes their class, not their level - remember that these new bodies are stuck at 1st level (IIRC). Well, in DnD (3.5), there's benign transposition as a 1st level sor/wiz spell (SpC, probably), and Conjurers can lose their familiar to gain teleport 10ft as an immediate action Int mod times per day (Comp Mage, I believe). Also, this isn't DnD, so Rob can make up whatever he thinks is appropriate.Miral said:That's what I was thinking too, but I'm surprised that Schmoopy would be able to do as much as he did already at only first level. That tradition will never fail.RTR said:Just when I thought I will never hear Schmoopy say "I wanna cast a spell!" again, I was proven wrong. Thank you!
