ooc: That being said they should not know where hive head quarters is.

In My Defense my guy had a guess of 6 blocks as to where it might of been when the tail lost them and they didn't cross the patrol, I just didn't want to type 5 posts of incorrectly guessing which building.

For that matter how did you guys get reports of a prision breakout?

After observing the base for a couple of days, James felt like they were as good as ready for their prision break out plan. A new recruit appeared behind James carrying brining him some water.

"So is tonight the night?" he asked eagerly

"Yes it is son, yes it is." James replied, he felt uneasy though. Mickey's warning of a false flag distraction seemed to have not happen, but James could not remember an instance where Mickey brought bad intel. Still it was the point of not return and the small Brood strike force of him, Brandon, Emily and several other Brood members were hiding out in an old building near the base.

James checked his watch again "Hive should be here soon" he announced

you should know where the Brood are with in five blocks. It was them who had the escape not us.

Dressed like a soldier in a ski mask, 'Krieg waited in the shadows to strike the base. he felt the guns weight on the chord over his shoulder, he could also feel the weight of the explosives in his pack.

Brandon made electricity dance between his fingers. It was a simple trick he learned early in his training. It was something he did whenever he was nervous. clenching his hand he asked "When is this supposed to start."

James saw Brandon nervously shooting electricity around his fingers

"Relax, when Hive gets here we will launch the attack."

Still, James nervously touched the ground and formed several dozen small spikes. He then placed them in his coat.

Emily, who seemingly appeared out of nowhere, showed up behind James and Brandon.

"And when exactly will the hive get here?"

"Funny you should ask that."

As the collected Brood members turn around, Infernal Anarchist pops out behind them with a backpack stuffed to the brim. "Here," he says as he throws some C4 down at James feet, "A little present to get things started.". Infernal makes a quick adjustment to his mask before continuing, "All my people are moving into position as we speak, all they need now is the order."

James took the C4 and placed it in his backpack

"Alright we're ready, just remember we rescue the prisioners first and then we cause untold amounts of chaos"

James touches his earbud radio "Launch the attack" he ordered

Riley watched the Brood members start to move, he smiled a bit before doing his part to help. He placed his palms on the outside left wall of the prison and closed his eyes. Cracks began to crawl up the wall, a few more seconds passed. Riley stepped to the side and thrust his palms away from the building, a large section of the wall following suit. He started to shout, "Don't worry guys! I'll hold the door for you!"

"Just give me the que to start the noise" Kreig said over the radio, gun held at the ready.

"Light it up" James replied over his radio

"Alright guys, lets move" he yelled over his shoulder

Krieg rolled foreword firing short bursts into GIC troops when ever he saw them. Bullets where slamming and glancing off his "shield", the thin wall of kinetic energy began to shimmer under his camo. He waited until his gun was dry to unleash his energy. The second the last bullet was fired he dropped his gun and let the gold build up around his hands and legs.

With a resonate bang he exploded into action. He picked up small rocks and rubble, transfered the collected energy into them, and converted them into large projectiles. He kicked with enough force to shatter walls. All the while throwing timed C4 blocks next to bunkers and other buildings.

James and his men went trough the opening in the wall that Riley opened for them. He threw a spike at a GIC soldier and watched him crumple to the ground.

""Go to the center building, thats where the prisioners are!" he ordered over his radio

Erik charged through the hole in the wall and flings a lawnmower blade towards the GIC forces and quickly moved for the center building, watching as soldiers of all three factions started dropping like flies and counting himself lucky that GIC didn't notice him yet. As he reached the door he quickly forced a hole wide enough for everyone to get through, "Everyone inside, Lets get this part over with so the real fun can begin!".

"Move! Move! Move! They're already at the prison!"

The GIC poured past the Infernal Anarchist without even realizing his presence. Years before the genocide and massacres began Infernal had trained himself to be master of stealth, a skill he found extremely useful in situations such as this. Infernal quickly slips down the hall as the last soldier turned the corner, pulling a pair of large meat cleaver from his belt and sliding them against each other making a loud scraping sound that would surely attract attention, but then again that was what he was hoping for. A few seconds later a another squad of GIC started down the hall and where each cut down in a slow, somewhat playful manner. As the last man dropped to his knees and looked up at the blank face of his attacker, he mutters "You freaks won't win and you never will.", Infernal simply cocks his head to the side and says "Well, more fun for me then isn't it?" before burying one of the cleavers in the mans skull.

James ran through the hole in the wall, he was focused on geting the the prisioners out. To his nothing else mattered.

 

[Time Travelling Toaster]

Karen keeps to the back of the wave of the Hive pouring in. One of the GIC members tries to attack her with one a baton and is swiftly met by a beam of light, screaming as his eyes burn he falls to the ground and met by the boots of a member of the Hive.

Smiling Karen follows the others further into the base.

Sorry about the lack luster post and irregular posts but I'm just starting to get back from being swamped.

For Krieg this was his first real battle. If you could call it a battle. It was more of a one man wrecking crew; A whirl wind of wanton destruction. The sick dance of demolition was punctuated by soldier's frustrated cries and the rattle of their assault rifles. The timers on the C4 were counting down, and soon the explosions would draw the GIC away from the prison break. He only had to worry about running a distraction. And being impervious to physical damage was a huge distraction for the GIC.

Machine gun nests let out a long string of fire that glanced off in gold streaks, while APC's and light armored vehicles fired coaxial cannons and salvo's of exploding shells.

All this hard ware for one more? He continued to throw C4, rocks, and GIC soldiers like tank rounds. The pressure built up around him to the point that he either had to expel the energy or be crushed by it. Oh, did he expel the energy. The golden waves began to break upon the soldiers and their meager protection. Energy surged like a living being, his fists and feet knocked down walls and caved in armor vehicles.

He felt like the Hulk. Larger than life.

That's when the timer ran down and the C4 began to explode

"Like the fireworks?" He called into the radio.

He is working on the opposite side of the base to draw soldiers away from the prison break

The group made it to the holding area only to be stoped by a door with a number pad next to it. "Hold on I'll get this." Brandon said as he put his hand on the number pad. Discharging a burst of electricity the digital readout on the pad flashed and glowed green and the door slid open. "Okay lets get these people out of here."
