Was totally expecting some kind of star wars joke with the whole "What was they bidding, my master" thing

This. The game was definitely a lot of fun, though the storyline was fairly predictable. I did like the way that as the game progressed you got flashes of something that had already happened but that you "forgot".johnman said:This is the first game they've done that I've actually played, its not as enjoyable knowing whats coming.
Cutscenes and dialogue aside though Dark messiah is a very fun game. Much better comabt than oblivions, if only it it was an free roam RPG....
Because of this cutscene I just reinstalled this game and am having more fun with it than ever. When your into it you can really make the fights flow and I literally laughed with glee at the part when you defend the ship and I suffered no damage at all while cutting though the bads like butter.Miral said:My favourite bit was the "doesn't everyone have voices in their head?" lines... although the "can you make it hurt?" bit was a close second, especially considering some of the later cutscenes where you see what actually happened during the fadeout.
Despite their badnes I rather enjoyed them... aforementioned skull scene epesicallyTHAC0 said:i actually really like this game, man, the cut scenes were disappointing though.
It has been said once, and I explained our reasons.Out4Blood4 said:I know this has been said a hundred-odd times, but... Isn't it a little late to do DMoM&M?
I love that attitude... It makes all your videos all the better to be so laid back.GrahamS said:It has been said once, and I explained our reasons.Out4Blood4 said:I know this has been said a hundred-odd times, but... Isn't it a little late to do DMoM&M?
Short version:
We don't care.
So that's why you've been doing random games. I gave it way too much thought, it seems.GrahamS said:I don't think there's a statute of limitations on these thingsJourneythroughhell said:It is sort of late to take a shot at Dark Messiah, eh? Oh, I'm just nitpicking. Great video, as always.
Funny thing is, when we started we were almost always doing old games, and people gave us flack for doing old stuff. Then we did more new stuff and we got flack for that. Can't please 'em all!
Basically, we've just decided to do whatever games we want.
(Secret: Metal Gear August wasn't actually because people kept bugging us to do it---we wanted to.)
