One thing they DIDN'T seem to comment on was that Purple-suit was looking DOWN at Alien-man's Junk the entire time.
I noticed that. Still, cut purple suit a break. I'm sure it was rather distracting.

Hahaha... I love it when you guys riff an old(er)-school game. Great episode.

My step-brother loved that game. I never played it though.

like how many times are you gonna say "and so Kratos cast himself from the highest mountain in Greece"
Every time a scene has someone stoically throwing themselves off a cliff.
We do it to point out how often it's used as a cliché. Just like crows, and first-person cameras being knocked out.

Anyway, sorry we're not batting 1000 for you anymore.

I understand but I can see the joke coming a mile away, but I guess sometimes you got to do the obvious joke.

But don't feel bad If im not lovin it like I used to, like I said I don't know why I don't find you guys as funny as I used to.
The obvious jokes are only a small part, so It mite just be me.

I still love the other stuff you guys do, and everyone else seems to still love unskippable, so don't let my discouraging post bother you.
Im still a big fan.

EDIT: looking back at my post I think I came off a little bit harsher than I meant too.
I know how it feels when people say something you worked hard on sucks, so sorry for coming off like that.

Oh man, Hybrid Heaven. The memories. I remember renting that game before I had a memory card. It didn't save to the cartridge so I just replayed the beginning three times.

It was weird because it had a realistic RPG-like battle system, in which you could throw hooks and straights and grabs and stuff, but you were using these to fight strange lizardmen and octopus beast things. Well, it was weird because of lot of things, including this.

I'd love to see more cutscenes from the bottom of the chest. I loved the FFV 'special' episode.

I normally don't watch 'Unskippable', but this one attracted me because I actually rather liked this game. Interesting to see it here, but it WAS one of the few N64 games to have a fully cinematic opening cutscene with voice acting, so why not? Hybrid Heaven was a unique game and a lot better than this cutscene makes it look (although for its time this cutscene was HUGELY impressive on the N64) and I wish they'd put it back on the Virtual Console.

Man... You guys seem to pick the goofiest games. I've never even heard of this one, but seriously! The naked alien guy we've been following gets shot, then dissapears, and now this new indian guy is the main character? IT DON'T MAKE SENSE. And that woman doesn't even flinch... Well done lads. You've found yet another horribly weird cutscene. You should be proud.
Well actually, it DOES make sense in the long run, the game is a sort of mystery/conspiriacy/action/horror mix.
The "naked alien guy" is a Hybrid (an alien clone) of a Presidential bodyguard called Johnny and the "Indian guy" is supposedly Diaz, a high ranking Hybrid. Part way through the game you find out that "Diaz" is actually the REAL Johnny, who was rescued from the Hybrids by the good aliens after the Hybrids kidnapped him to make his clone. The good aliens captured the real Diaz, altered Johnny to look like him and sent him to disrupt the presidential kidnapping plan by killing his own Hybrid. It's far-out, but it DOES come together eventually. Sort of.

Wait so the president of Russia wants a random guy who dies 3 minutes later to escort the president? And there's this chick who has some unknown connection to the random guy? But he isn't the main character because he gets shot and dissapears? Okay I''m thoroughly confused.
The guy in purple obviously wasn't the President of Russia. He was standing behind the American president presumably because he's a presidential aide or something. The chick is Johnny's girlfriend, who left the message on his phone. I have NO idea what she was doing on that train platform at that particular time.

I almost thought this was a PS1 game. Thank god for Google.
What made me laugh more was when he moved a couple of feet further after he slipped off the elevator.
I noticed that too :p he fell off, then the camera changed angles and he was (what looked like to me) several feet higher than we he started falling.

and we thought the N64 was awesome. I guess some games just don't stand the test of time.

Ocarina of Time, Starfox 64 and Super Mario 64 are all timeless. Sure they don't look that amazing, but they aren't ugly, even by today's standards.

There was at least 2 different scenes where the suit was giving virtua fighter a purple nurple and not 1 single mention of it? We will blame it on E3 fever this time but don't let it happen again.

you guys should do dragon quest 8. I've been playing that game when my friends were over and the other day, I started a new game and we were making some hilarious jokes during the opening cutscene

Oh, how I do love this goofy, goofy, Goofy game. I actually really enjoyed the battle system and had gotten most of the way through when My bro sold the N64 for the original Max Payne. Great episode by the way.

The cracks about him moving at the pace of a RE zombie got a healthy chuckle out of me. If anything, I think the zombies might move faster than this guy.
