Blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer extortion! The 'X' makes it sound cooler! But really, I guess Ocean Marketing-

*Sunglasses*

Is all washed up.

Christoforo knew that his crappy PR marketing skill would bite him in the ass one day. He anticipated this for months and somehow thought it was a good idea to hold Ocean Marketing's digital property (e-mail, social networking, etc) hostage to extort money out of them. I really would not be surprised if this man has charges pressed against him.

Why couldn't Paul Christoforo just fade into the lime-light like a sane individual would do? Probably because he isn't one.

Paul, you reap what you sow, buddy!

Does the stupid know no bounds? This is now blatantly illegal. A dude in the us is being sued for 300k for running off with a company twitter account.
>E-mail extortion law details to the company.
>Watch as Christoforo gets raped in the ass by layers briefcases.

He's not even that since while trolls will do it for the lulz, this guy believes that what he is doing is the best way for him to clear his name! He honestly believes he can get away with all of this!

This guy is, without a shadow of doubt the most STUPID person this year, to the point it is insufferable. Could someone please ship him naked and penniless to the center of the Australian outback where he can stay away from human society completely, as I am scared there are those that sympathise with someone who clearly does not have the brain functions required to be a productive member of society, let alone a man in his position.

Oh, and this is illegal, right? This HAS to be illegal.

Calumon: ...I don't like him. I thought he just might be having a bad day, but he's just a really big meanie.
just drop him off in the middle of wyoming if the animals or the weather dont get him the ranchers sure as hell will.

Just this morning, I was thinking how disappointing it was that he was right, that this was all going to blow over in a couple of days, that this bully was going to get away with this, never even understanding that he did anything wrong, that it's not wrong to be a dick to powerful people, it's wrong to be a dick to anyone.

But now, he's gone from asshole to criminal (I mean even more so [http://courtindex.sdcourt.ca.gov/CISPublic/casedetail?casenum=DVN14325&casesite=NC&applcode=D])

Thank you Paul, thank you for making sure this will haunt you for the rest of your life.

As far as I'm concerned this adds nothing new to the story, he's still the same impotent jackass he always was, and I still believe we should be more concerned about how we react to this, and how other sections of media see us. All this death threat and retaliatory bollocks could give SOPA some big ammunition.
Agreed, I'm just glad FOX hasn't sunk their teeth into this one yet on an anti-gaming rant... I'm really glad Paul C is being an amoral jerk or him stepping to FOX news might turn out to be an effective move to strike back against 'us'.

So now he's gone from making an ass of himself to doing something blatantly illegal? And he seriously thought people wouldn't find out? So now I take it he's probably going to get arrested soon enough.

God, this has to be the stupidest person I've ever heard of.

Was there a Year's Douchiest Person contest that's supposed to be hosted somewhere in January that I missed?

Because I can't comprehend how anyone could be so stupid as to keep provoking people like this.

Wow! So I wonder what all those guys feeling guilty about the evil internet posse ruining this poor fellow's life are going to think about this. Clearly, the internet has gone too far!
I was thinking something along these lines. Some people are just bad eggs. And no, I don't mean they are inherently 'bad' people. Just that they have learned through genes/programming/environment to be epic assholes, and are proud of it. The only way to teach these buttheads manners is through consequences/repercussions.

And then people fall for the 'but think of my wife and children!' line, when clearly he doesn't give a crap. The tone of his responses should've easily given it off imo. And well, this new update just adds the icing on the cake. And tbqh, never saw 'those guys' feeling 'guilty' about anything. Just content sitting on their artificial moral high ground; the 'mob mentality' attack is sometimes an unwarranted oversweeping generalization, which is kind of ironic if you think about their angle of criticism to begin with.

well, his ass is headed to jail. If this ends in him either running away to Mexico or getting arrested after a car chase this batshit insane saga will be the news story of the year

So I'm guessing all those people defending him form previous threads are basically going to have to stop now. He's now involved in the theft of other people's money.

I'm sure they'll stop. This is a new incident. So far, the outrage is acceptable. No one is sending death threats or review bombing a product for disabled people.

Does anyone know the episode of South Park with the breast cancer? He reminds me of Cartman off that. Surely by now he understand the implications of his actions?

I doubt it, I just read his Forbes interview. Blaming mike for not giving him the heads up on who he was? Priceless stupidity.
Don't forget that Cartman never stopped in that episode and even after getting the living shit beat out of him for his behavior, his only fear was his friends wouldn't think he's "coo". He never once felt an ounce of remorse or regret for his actions, only for finally receiving some measure of consequences. This guy clearly exhibits the same behavior.

Guys, Paul Christoforo isn't real, he's a figment of our imagination... like love or Welsh people. He's not real like us ponies. I mean no one in real life is that stupid right... right?

Oh man, you guys! This just keeps getting better and better!

It's like he's trying to hold someone at gunpoint while he's pointing the gun at himself. The second he pulls the trigger, he loses. Granted, he's already lost, but it's still funny to watch this guy's futile attempts at damage control.

Idiot of the year: Paul Christoforo. He wwebsite as on the internet.

Well, he's now added theft (as he did basically steal the e-mails/social media site stuff) and extortion. Theft may or may not be felony-level, extortion definitely is, and Ocean could certainly sue him out of existence for damages caused to public image and all that jazz.

Looks like he's given up control of the accounts after the Reddit AMA:

Just a clarification, since I've seen it a couple of times now--Paul *is* Ocean. It's N-Control's stuff that he's holding hostage.
