The ratman is what everyone calls the guy who made all the freaky CAKE IS A LIE graffiti

Honee might be Glados, OR the player (the girl whose name I forget)

Also, the Party associate Submission Position was the position GlaDos instructed Chell to adopt after she escaped the incinerator, saying "a party associate will arrive shortly"

For the people that havent found out yet, using the first username and password gave a BASIC program, and the second username and password (drattmann/h0nee) outputted what you should input into the program.
Basically, portal 2 has co-op http://techplethora.com/COOP.jpg (thats the output)

The party associate is likely just an android- my money's on a re-purposed 'military android'. The new partner/antagonist AI is Cave Johnson, unless Valve scrapped that.
