Protest on the sides of the road on my way home again. It's so lame. I almost wanna tell them that the only things that will make the government listen are either unified nationwide strikes or violence. Can't vote their way out because the people they elect will always represent corporate interests, and a protest barely inconveniences anyone. Who gives a shit about some signs? Of course they do it on a Saturday, when they don't have to give anything up.
I didn't see any aggression in his initial answer to you. He only got aggressive after you kept asking the same question over and over.* was answered after getting pointlessly aggressive. At which point I accepted the answer and objected to the aggression.
Which did not answer the question. I then asked literally one more time, which is scarcely "over and over".I didn't see any aggression in his initial answer to you.

Doesn't both parties sucking so much make it easy to look for an alternative? So many people have made politics their religion now where they devote so much time at getting mad at what the other side is doing. You can spend far less time doing what I just said to do and get better candidates in power but I guess people aren't that logical. What we need to do is develop a machine that turns everyone's DNA to Vulcan. You do need build up, campaigning, involvement and all that if you want to change people from their two-party thinking.
A third option merely existing is not enough to get people to stray away from the entrenched two-party system that currently exists within America.
In reality people don't "just go to each candidate's website, read their platform, and vote for the one they think is best" and if you want to change that, you need to put in the work to bring about that change.
Is it that hard a concept for you to grasp?
INS is even mentioned in Die Hard as a threat from the jerk reporter to the nanny/house cleaner to get into Holly's house and interview the kids.Right, so prior to this merger, the INS would have been doing this.
I was wondering how Trump was going to start emptying the country's coffers into his pockets. Fair play- I wouldn't have guessed this.
Yeah, I thought he was going to keep that in his back pocket the minute he brought the case in the tail-end of the Biden administration. I figure if he decides to order the government to settle, it won't be until very near the end of his term, because I have to suspect even his own fans will take umbrage at that.I was wondering how Trump was going to start emptying the country's coffers into his pockets. Cool, good for you!It looked like an answer to me.
Yeah, but that's how they think: you're with them or you're against them. And if you're against them, it must be because you're completely and irredeemably immoral.I'm sorry that request was so inconceivably horrid that it prompted such righteous fury.
lolYeah, but that's how they think: you're with them or you're against them. And if you're against them, it must be because you're completely and irredeemably immoral.
And that's part of why nobody likes them and they find it so hard to get anything done (which just seems to make them even angrier).
I didn't see you write all that to him. I just saw you keep asking a question that was answered.Cool, good for you!
You inferred an answer to the question. You seem to think that the position you inferred is the only one that's possibly consistent with what he said-- i.e. if someone believes ICE shouldn't exist, they therefore must also believe ICE should be prevented from wearing masks.
But as i've pointed out, thats simply not the case. There are accelerationists. And there are (distinctly) people who believe that without abolition, any other move-- even one that limits ICE's power-- is an unacceptable compromise and should be rejected. These are positions people legitimately hold. Outright accelerationists are rare, but the latter approach has actually been historically prominent in multiple abolitionist movements. I've seen more than a few posts on here in the past that utilise the same logic.
So i just wanted a specific answer and asked one more time. I'm sorry that request was so inconceivably horrid that it prompted such righteous fury.
Cattle ranchers have rare beef with Trump admin.![]()

There's an anus/angus joke in here somewhere.
I mean it's a bit more direct than his spending lots of time at his properties and billing the government for himself, his security detail, and anyone who needs to meet with him while he's there.Yeah, I thought he was going to keep that in his back pocket the minute he brought the case in the tail-end of the Biden administration. I figure if he decides to order the government to settle, it won't be until very near the end of his term, because I have to suspect even his own fans will take umbrage at that.
