It's presentation is definitely a league above the majority. Genuinely witty writhing, superb voice acting, despite its age the source engine is still really nice to look at... It's definitely a runner up for game of the year... although, considering its 2011 and 9 years are left before the decade is up, game of the decade might be stretching it. I honestly hope the competition is stiffer then this in the next 10 years.

OT: Bit early for any game of the decade awards to be handed out. I'd say wait 8 or 9 more years, as I'm sure that there will be other games out in this time that make Portal 2 look like an average game at best.

No, you didn't. Have you reviewed it and I've somehow forgotten about it/didn't notice it? And I wasn't too keen on it either. It was fun for a while but after playing the original L4D for about 150 hours, in split screen only, it was just a bit...boring, after about 20 hours or so. Plus the AI was about as intelligent as your average new born baby on occasions. Examples are me being pounced by a hunter with Ellis right next to me. 5 seconds later with me about to die, he finally shoots the bloody thing of me. Grr...

It might be a tiny bit early to start throwing around phrases like "Game of the Decade" though. Then again, as far as I'm concerned, Portal 1 was the Game of Last Decade. So who knows...
