Commendation Pack = Pack that's supposed to have the reward...like the craptastic Crusader shotgun that I've gotten twice now. This is because it's a personal achievement that you have to pull off, in this case it was either getting full extraction or surviving all waves AND getting full extraction on Gold. Not certain which it was in this case, but the wording seemed to indicate that you had to pull off a perfect game on Gold in order to get the Commendation Pack.
I actually did multiple Gold runs during the event, and haven't recieved anything from that either. I actually went on the EA site to get in contact with a Game Advisor and all she was able to do was tell me to post it on the EA forums and get help from there.
Well that's what you get for expecting EA Customer Service to actually service their customers.
But yeah, they're always a bit laggy with releasing the packs, and as I said it wasn't exactly clear as to what earns you the Commendation Pack this time. Some of my friends said you just have to get a full extraction on gold, other's said you had to play a perfect game and never go down on gold. I think the wording implied the latter, but I could be wrong.
Regardless, the victory packs always go out first and are the BS ones, the commendation packs are the ones that have a "reward" in them, and they usually get released later on in the evening.
