Unless there was actual evidenced that showed the woman herself forced or coerced the 16 year old to have sex with her I see no problem. If there's consent then there's fucking consent.

It's still statutory rape under American law, since their "age of consent" is 18. Incredibly arbitrary and likely unnecessary but that's the way it goes.
