Warhammer Company Makes "Space Marine" Trademark Claim

I really hope this gets denied. It's way to broadly used and generic a term for someone to "own".

It's getting ridiculous the things people are trying to claim ownership of these days.

Just a reminder, to those talking about prior art:

The Space Marine table top minis game was produced in 1978 (originally).

It is neither owned by, nor licensed by, Games Workshop. I would be greatly interested if anyone has ever contacted the IP's holder or their estate re this issue.
