Hello students and welcome to ancient gaming 101.
In this class we will be looking at the ancient roots of interactive medium in the 20th and 21st centuries. I know a lot of you are asking yourselves why you are required to take a class on some archaic old games. I can already hear some of you snickering in the back at the early interface method known as "the controller"! But remember, if it wasn't for thse first primative joysticks and cds, there would be no interactive media as we know it today. You'd have to get off your lazy asses and actually WALK to class instead of just mind hacking into the college mainframe.
Anyway, this is just a brief survey course so we'll just be looking at the classics. Have you all read the sylabus? Who can tell me what classic ancient games we'll be going over?
