2. Aperature Science Portal Gun
3. Gravity Gun
4. Chainsaw
5. Fenrir (the motorcycle Cloud uses in FFVII Advent Children)

As long as I'm only allowed to chose things that actually exist the list would have to go as follows:
1) Water bottle with filter.
2) Canned food.
3) Crowbar.
4) Shotgun, pistol, bolt rifle + ammunition (either would be fine, though I'd prefer a combination for the sake of diversity).
5) Sports gear (tent, gas burner, sleeping bag etc.).

Edit: Oh, and a few bottles of Scotch and a some pipe tobacco for good measure.
