Supernatural
Doctor Who
South Park
How I Met Your Mother

And then a tie between Dexter, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Scrubs, and... Does Marble Hornets count? I'm very tempted to add that.

Futurama, Chuck, The Venture Bros., The Walking Dead, and Game of Thrones

That's currently airing stuff, and I'm not sure if Futurama counts. The new stuff isn't as good as the old stuff and such...

Currently On, no particular order
1. South Park
2. Futurama
3. Archer
4. Sons of Anarchy
5. Top Gear, I wish I didn't have to differentiate cause I consider this the only one, but the UK one

Not on any more, again no particular order.
1. Life on Mars, US, and I started watching the older UK one, and it was pretty good, but I feel the characters were more fleshed out in the US version.
2. Arrested Development
3. Firefly
4. Better off Ted
5. Stargate SG-1

close runner ups would be Boardwalk Empire and Conan, but idk if Conan counts since its a talk show

1. Doctor Who
2. Firefly
3. Fringe
4. Game of Thrones
5. Mythbusters

All of them REALLY well made, innovative, imaginative and awesome.

I feel talkative, so here's my explanation for each:

Doctor Who: Massive, massive plot line. Huge universe. Lovable characters. Amazing writing. Brilliant actors. Fantastic music.

Firefly: Unique, made with tons of heart, the cast went together really well, the writing was amazing, music was brilliant. I curse Fox with every breath for cancelling it.

Fringe: Weird, great actors, realistic characters. I also love how it tries to explain things with science, and makes it believable.

Game of Thrones: Amazingly written, unique characters. Better than the book, in most respects. A success in almost all fields.

Mythbusters: Showing real, physical science to those who would miss it. With great hosts, a great concept, and great science, it's easily the best science--based show out there right now.
