I just want a job in my field of study(biology), to make enough to be independent and pay off loans. Maybe learn how to drive.

You are who you associate with. If you surround yourself with good people, you will be a (somewhat) good person. Whatever family troubles I have, I can always count on my friends to make up for it. Right now, i'm satisfied with having wonderful friends that I can spend time with, even if they are countries apart. It's why I still bother with multiplayer games. It allows me to stay in contact with people I don't see very often, all around the world.

I want to avoid misery as much as possible and ideally avoid spreading it to other people. I don't think I'm being very successful in this endeavour lately.

I'm bored of life. I'm not very good at it. I suppose what I really want is a suitable exit, but I don't think one exists that wouldn't violate the misery conditions.

Not having financial stress is my short term goal. Getting this new job I'm aiming for is another. Funny enough, at this point in time, those two goals are mutually exclusive.

Being content, having a job where I do something meaningful on my own terms and living with someone I have complete trust in.

Maybe travel the world by foot at some point too.

I just want Happiness, Good memories, few regrets and to make the world a better place for everyone left here when I go. Life is too short to spend it doing things you do not enjoy and regretting what you did or didn't do so hoping for the wisdom to make the right decisions and the strength to follow through would probably be the best thing for me to hope for.

Fun I guess. I'm in it for the fun as long as it doesn't affect anyone else negatively.

I mean back in school I had that old idle thought everyone has at least once that "why not kill myself" and my answer was A. my mother would fucking kill me if I did and B. I just KNOW the day after I did some game or anime would come out that is completely amazing and that would make me look like a complete tosser. Not something cool like wanting to leave a mark on history or having kids and shit, it's pretty underwhelming.

I love finding new things, occasionally meeting new people (over the internet, naturally) and finding new ways to look at life and other pseudo intellectual stuff that makes me look smarter than I am. Honestly I look at things like Umineko No Naku Koro Ni or Devil on the G-String (available now on Steam, buy now beat the rush) and wonder how anyone could ever write something that good. Writing a good mystery story must take so much time, effort, talent and plot hole-proofing. It's insane.

I want to do what feels good for me and indulge in it indefinitely. Whether it be food, sex, drugs, music, whatever. Just being happy and comfortable is my goal.
Though I do try and curtail my indulgences. Too much of a good thing and all.

So, to summarise, I guess, happiness and mild hedonism?

Besides the happiness that everyone desires so very much? I'd say I want to leave a mark on the world before I die. I want people to remember something that I wrote or did and look back fondly on it. I don't want to be relegated to a grave that'll fade within 10 years. I want people to be sad when I die because the world just lost one of its great creatives. Basically, I just want to write well enough for people to appreciate what I imagine daily.

You exist. What do you want?
Good shower pressure.
And I got to admit, my shower pressure is terrible (hot water also cools way too fast, especially in winter.) So I guess in the end, I'd be happy with any one of the above. I am sure I can throw myself into whatever one I got and be content enough even if I don't get the hat trick of all three.

Until that dying thing stops being an issue, any answer you give is irrelevant. Any activity you perform or don't perform, as well as every factoid learned and forgotten, every dream and goal, and every hard earned achievement in your life and the lives of everyone that has ever been or will be is meaningless.

This universe is dying, this planet will be gone long before, and there will be no record of anything ever happening or even that briefly there even existed the concept of existence. Its all the same to the void of entropy.

Honestly how anyone gets anything done, or even wants to has almost become truly shocking to me considering how pointless desire or even acceptance of your fate is.

But ignoring all that, I want SweetTarts, Pad Thai, lots of sex, and morphine to make all that other crap fade away.

Nothing more than to keep doing what I've always been doing prior to answering this "hypothetical" question...

Other than that, fuck the Truth if all it does lead to is the death of one's curiosity infinity...

A little song, a little dance, Batman's head on a lance...

A little piece of Poland, a piece of France,
A little piece of Portugal, and Austria perchance!
