What do you want to be done with your body after you die?

As an atheist, I can't say that I know what happens when we die, but I'm fairly certain that that the way our bodies are treated afterwards doesn't affect the afterlife (or lack thereof). With that in mind, what do you want to be done with you're body after you've kicked the bucket? Please post your actual plans for post-mortem corpse care, even if you think you might change them later.

Personally, if I die rich, I'd like my organs to be removed, and the good ones used for donor transplants. Then I'd like my body to be mummified, wrapped in gauze, and entombed inside a small pyramid with my favourite personal possessions.

If I die poor or middle-class, I'd like my body to be cremated, and something wild done with the remains, like launching them out of a catapult and blowing them up in mid-air, or mixing them in with clay and molding it into the shape of my head.

I want my brain transplanted into the body of a robot squid.

In reality, I don't know what I want people to do with my body when it's gone. i prefer not to think about death.

erm, anything really. anything that can be taken for donor; heart, lung, liver, kidney the lot, then they can help themselves.

Cremation, followed by use of the ash as a cement ingredient for a tiny cast bust (which the OP listed so must not be as original as I'd previously thought).

"Scatter my ashes, where they won't be found!" .<
Idk, scattering my ashes would be cool, but i cant help but worry that it could interfere with a possible experience in the afterlife if there happens to be one...:/

My sincere thanks to you, for causing me to search for the definition of "munting."

No, it sounds like an original idea. I just made it up as I was writing that post, because I thought it sounded creepily weird to have a replica of my head that's actually made out of my body.

What I want done to my body after I'm dead? Well. One thing's for sure. I do not want it buried. No way. We're using enough space as it is.

I think I want my body to be used (am I the only one who thought that sounded odd?) when I'm dead. I want my good organs to be tralsplanted to someone who needs it. And then perhaps scientific obduction or something. At least let them use my body for whatever they need it. Perhaps as a movie-ragdoll =D
They could hurl me off the building and make it look damn realistic =D

Hmm.. I've always wanted to be cremated, then have my ashes spread on the beach I spent most my single digit years xD

Prolly get my organs and shit taken out first though, they could come in handy.

And if blood is useful when the person is dead, then they can take that too.. There isn't that much of my blood going round atm (A- woo :D)

Getting stuck in a box and buried under six feet of earth has always really creeped me out, as has donating my eyes. I am aware that I will be dead; do not ask me to explain this. With that in mind, I'll donate all of my useful organs except my eyes, and get cremated.

I'm not quite sure, I like the idea of being cremated and having my ashes spread out over an ocean or forest.

all salvagable organs donated and then cremated. I don't like the idea that my dead body will be in the ground until it is eaten for worms leaving a skeleton for someone to eventually, accidently, discovering it and being freaked. Atleast thats how i see it, I think all my usable organs could help someone, they probably wont get my liver i think i will have abused it too much by then, also plus when i go separatist religion to a private island-nation off the coast of Nova Scotia i wanted my ashes to be mixed in with the cement in a statue to me.(I thought of this while i typed lol)
