The only one is Burnout:paradise City.

I don't put a lot of effort into collecting(smashing) pointless items unless it involves doing 300ft barrelroll jumps.

"Yeah, just 3 really big intricate games that a lot of people don't even see the true ending for. No biggie, everything else just bores me."
Show off :p

OT: Very few. I can't think of any to be honest. There's probably one or two out there though.
I think I got like 98% in Saints Row 3, but I got bored collecting the sex dolls or something.

Most Recent for SR3 isn't hard to 100% it, It just takes time to do. Achievement wise im just missing the one achievement from the trouble with clones DLC. Some people have reporting it bugging up right at the end though while some people have been fine so i will probably try again for it next playthrough.

If you mean JUST achievements, Deus Ex: Human Revolution and AC3 come to mind.
If you mean completion as in dd completely everything there is, many. But, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Dishonored and all the AC games come to mind *minus Revelations*.

Lego Star Wars II, and a handful of GBA games, the names of which I can't remember because I played them too long ago :p

A friend and I spent at least twenty five hours total in co-op (after he had completed the game solo) getting every minikit and finding every secret... a well spent summer.

Also, I came THIS close on Pokémon Sapphire after two hundred hours (100% as in, collecting every pokémon up to that point).

I went on a real kick with that for a bit - and got all the achievements for Darksiders, Afro Samurai, Assassin's Creed 2, Prototype 2, and the two Force Unleashed games. I'd love to join the ranks on Red Dead Redemption, which may be my favorite game of all time, but I just couldn't work up the steam to do the multiplayer achievements.

All three Spyro games, Tony Hawks Underground 1/2. Most of the time I don't go for 100%. A lot of the achievements now require online play or there are some ridiculous things to complete.

You mean achievement wise? If so then: FF13 and 13-2, Skyrim, ACII, ME3, Bayonetta, The Darkness II, ME2, ME1, Bad Company 2 and L.A. Noire. I've played those games so much... I don't have the DLC for some and some of the multiplayer achievements but I'm not a massive achievement whore so I don't mind.

I had to consult my profile buuuut...

Civilization Revolution.
Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3.
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo SD Remix.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
Modern Warfare 2.

Okay, okay, technically I haven't 100%'d Red Alert 3 if you were to incldue the DLC achievements, but I refuse to. :p
Was so proud of the Civ Rev one-hundred-percent-age.

I've completed lots of other games too, but I'm only listing 360 titles here... If I had to name others, Crash Bandicoot 2, Crash Team Racing, Oddworld Abe's Oddysee, and Oddworld Abe's Exoddus all come to mind, though I know there's others.

As for 100% its only Skyrim and Ass Creed 2.

The biggest challenge for me is to actually finish a game. I got to many games lying around i still need to play. Usually i start playing a game, run around for a day or 2 and then see another game i havent played lying around and pick that one up to never go back to the first one.

Portal 2, Minecraft, and Iron Brigade, Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter: the Precursor Legacy. I know I've completed a few others, but I can't think of them at the moment. I would also have 100% one Saints Row the Third, but the only achievement I need to get is the one for connecting you game with their site and either I or they fucked up somewhere and it wouldn't let me do it.

The ones I recall off the top of my head, or at least the ones that I recall from my achievements list-
Walking Dead (wowie zowie, that one)
Dead Rising 2: Case Zero
Fallout 3
Fallout New Vegas
Prototype 2
Saints Row the Third
Beyond Good and Evil HD

However, I know games like Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Banjo Kazooie and a ton of other older games (before, y'know, I had achievements to justify my sitting in a chair for hours on end) I played to the end and back. Also have a ton of games that I got everything except one or two achievements because they're not worth my time or dedication to get.

Lufia 2 and probably many other games that did not have sidequests or whatnot or an actual % complete.

I find achievements as a mark of completing a game to it's fullest kind of asinine. More often than not you have to to stupid things (Rock Paper Scissors and... hugging people in Portal 2... okay.) to get them.

None.

I've probably got only 1 achievement remaining on 3 or 4 games, but it's always something that makes me think "I'm crazy, but not THAT crazy.".
I'm the same. I have games that I've finished multiple times that I'm still missing an achievement or two on, and I just don't care. I think 10-15 years ago I proabably would have cared, but it wasn't a thing, so hey.

In terms of PS3 games? Only InFamous 2 and Festival of blood, as most of the games i have either have some form of multiplayer trophies needed to get 100% (I'm looking at you Battlefield and Assassin's Creed) and I do not have the patience for it, or the games have not sufficiently engaged me past the main storyline to warrant 100% completion. Though older games I have completed to 100% a fair few times, and it's a decent sized list, so naming them all is out of the question

Spyro 1 and 2

Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie via XBOX 360: Took me two days to complete the first one, took me two weeks to complete the second one. 0-o

Sly 2: Band of Thieves (With some help from my brother,I've beaten the main game, my brother went and looked for all the clue bottles I missed while I played other games)

Jak and Daxter 1

Valkyria Chronicles, beating the game without worrying about getting an A rank in every mission isn't too bad, but getting an A rank in every mission in the game, including all the skirmishes, was no easy feat. Had to save scum like a mad man. Heck, I think I may have done it one time without ever using orders, as I feel those break the game.

Pretty much all the games on Kirby's Dream Collection (with the exception of the first one, as my brother played and beaten that game, but for whatever reason, we were unable to reset the game so I could play it)

Journey: You'd be surprised at how much stuff you can miss in that game on your first playthrough.
