You, sir, just won the thread. By combining crazy-ass portal acrobatics with running along rooftops and killing people, you would create the single greatest artistic achievement in the history of mankind.

Fast-paced, twitchy first-person goodness: Halo plus Mirror's Edge
Ultimate action-RPG goodness: Bayonetta + Kingdom Hearts
Slow-paced, cerebral power trip: Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay/Assault on Dark Athena + BioShock

This is purely for mechanics and pacing. Story and characters should be made new for each game.
