So, essentially, it's a phaser set to stun? I mean, why else would they make the acronym so obivously similar to phaser? That's pretty cool. Primitive, but cool.

You could always do what I do when I want to use a word that really should have characters in it my keyboard can't produce: Look it up and copy it from somewhere that does, heh. Works like a charm (Touché).
