His creation is the mental conscience though; you're putting it forward as

Your super-ego is almost certainly a construct of your own views of your parents/authority figures - combined with personal truths that you hold dear. Not Batman.

Like has been said, you're mixing the Freudian idea of universal guilt/envy over sexual desires with the Nietzschean idea of the Ubermensch, which would correspond to the Freudian Id.
