For me it was BLOW with johnny Depp. No movie has Ever made me as emotional as that movie. Happiness, Sadness and everything inbetween. George Jung had Quite an interesting life story that when told caused those emotions. So Escapists Which movie caused the greatest emotional response in you.

Probably "The Wrestler". It has really been the only movie to make me sad, but then again, I don't watch many like that. I did really feel for Mickey Rourke by the end.

I am Sam

That movie made me cry. And about an hour before I was supposed to go out with buddies. It was an odd day.

Up. No movie has ever made me cry within the first 5 minutes.

That and Pan's Labyrinth.

I cry every time I watch it.

Shawshank redemption had me in tears more times then I care to say... But I would have to say the saddest movie I have ever seen is the ending scene in Lord of The Rings: Return of The King... yeah I'm weird.

Forest Gump and Castaway always make me kind of sad. Thanks a lot Tom Hanks. I hate being sad.

I didn't cry. There was some dirt in my eye... stop looking at me!!

The big 2 for me are Requiem for a Dream and Grave of the Fireflies. The first especially since drug abuse is a very personal issue for me, hit like a ton of fuckin' bricks. And of course, anyone else who's seen grave of the fireflies... damn.

Up, with that horrible downer opening.

Also the Notebook. And shut up, I was watching it because my girlfriend wanted to.

Just the fact that you put two pixar movies and schindlers list into the same category says something doesn't it? In a good way... Pixar is an incredible studio...

OT: Toy Story 3 got me so hard in the chest... so sad... :( Other than that. Nope, no others

I'll agree with Toy Story 3, I had to hide my tears.

But my big two are Dancer in the Dark and Million Dollar Baby. Both of those movies left me useless for days.

"Green Mile" I felt sadness towards the end of the movie and couldn't stop crying eveb after the credits. No film has never since has made me do that.

And maybe kingdom of heaven as well. (Not made me cry but it filled me with excitement, joy and shock throughout.)

Watch a little Italian movie called "Life is Beautiful"

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118799/

Makes every other movie listed here seem pathetic... as far as sadness...

Pretty much the last hour of "The Return Of The King" hit me pretty hard.

There's a reason why that trilogy is one of my favorites.
