What Pokemon Romhacks ARE there?

I don't intend to start a real game until Black/White comes out here, and I'm rather bored playing Platinum and Silver on the DS or the first three gens on my gameboy. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what my options for romhacks would be?
I've heard people overhaul the game but I've never seen any (with the exception of Moemon)

Can anyone give me a suggestion? (Doing a Faint = Dead run)

There's Pokemon Quartz, a romhack of Ruby if you want questionable art, bad English, and low racial sensibilities.

Take from a Let's Play of it.

Ever wonder what it'd be like if a person who could barely speak English were to romhack one of the Pokemon games, replace the characters, plot, and Pokemon with ones of his own creation, while at the same time making a terrible mockery of the English language as a whole?

Of course not. Because that'd suck really, really hard. Unfortunately, even though you didn't think about it, this guy did. Welcome to Pokemon Quartz, the best Pokemon hack since Pokemon Gun!

Bloody Platinum actually seems kinda cool! But since it would only be practical to put on my DS (where I can trade anyway and not need the evolution fixes) I don't see much point.
I was thinking something from the first 3 gens! (Otherwise will just do a FireRed)

Theres Pokemon Black, which had some weird story about saving the world, and Pokemon DBZ, which had DBZ characters for trainers, and your starter learned Kamehameha. These are all GBC ones though.

Seconded. Pokemon Quartz is AMAZING[small]-ly awful[/small]

I'm going to be checking out Bloody Platinum as well. I got aggravated with the poor grinding curve in my copy of Platinum, and BP sounds like it fixes that.

Can't find downloads for any of these links .-.

Isn't this technically pirating though? Although slightly justified by the fact I buy every Pokemon game.

Depends on whether you get a rom with it or a patch to modify a rom you made as your archive copy.

Platinum Enhanched was one I wanted to play. It basically was Plat with the same plot only with all the pokemon. (I believe the starters were Bagon, Dratini or Beldum) and just gets insanely hard. (Rival with a Metagross just over halfway through the game is scary)

I also noticed Moemon. Which creeps me the fuck out. You capture little girls who are Pokemon and it's all ewwwwww

In times like this, it's easiest to just google "bloody platinum download." The piratebay link 2 down from the main Bloody Platinum site works. You will need an emulator to run it though.

Oh, also- Touhoumon, if you're into that. It's pretty much Moemon though, I think. It's a gba hack, and it comes with an emulator. It definitely fixes the leveling curve, and there's a hard mode.
