The church scene in Kingsmen. It's about time that Lynyrd Skynyrd (wow, that is weird to type) solo got a matching scene of pure facemelting action.
Requim for a Dream, sort of near the end as the pressure builds with each character.
The last house on the left, when the parents finally realise and plan their revenge. I was with them all the way.
Black snake moan, Jackson's nighttime blues moment at home as the thunder rolls, also his show towards the end.
Ray (Charles), the hit-the-road-jack creation scene. Though the whole film is brilliant.
We own the night, i remember a rainy car journey being interrupted by some...thing.
Actually, i may just be thinking of best scenes in alright movies, instead of opinion changing scenes in seemingly bad movies. In which case...i have no idea! Not sure that's ever occurred. Maybe the really held back revenge scene in Dogville, but i think that may have been the intention.
Ooh, any action scene in Ong Bak, mainly because everything else is a little bit terrible.

(Vagueness to avoid spoilers and having to link spoilers).

The scene from Up. You know which one I'm talking about.

It's actually TOO good in a sense, as it overshadows the rest of the film. It's an enjoyable Pixar movie in its own right, but after such a masterfully poignant opening everything else can't help but feel like filler.

Sharknado 3. While i didn't hate the movie , the scene that turned that movie into godlike status was
when finns wife got eaten by a shark in space, and later the shark fell into the earths orbit and finn runs to the shark that ate her and she chainsaws her way out but hands fin a babyand comes out afterwards. She delivered her own baby in space inside a shark. I laughed so hard i gave myself a headache.

Evangelion 3.33: Shinji and Kaworu just hanging out together... It was at that point of the movie when I realized that the whole movie was all through Shinji's perspective instead of through a semi-omnipresent perspective...

The Last: Naruto The Movie: The moon... Holy shit!

Summer Wars: The death of one of the characters... Sure, you can say you saw it coming, but it was still a great scene in its own right...

The Room: The flower shop... Enough said...

Grizzly Man: 1. Franc's description... 2. Timothy's rants...

This was harder to think about than I thought... except the last two...

This one might not be fitting, as it's really the whole damn movie that I love, but:|

The Rundown. Holy shit I love this movie. The Rock, and Stiffler have so much chemistry, I just love it. Yeah, Christopher Walken is good too, but he's used so sparingly. But watching the two lead actors, constantly bickering while trying to survive in a jungle. Priceless.

My favorite bit though, was near the end:

which leads into this scene, which I just love, the build up to. The words from the Scotsman, coupled with the slow motion imagery. So much fun to me.

Yep! That was a great part. Though for me it's the following:

The whole thing is so over the top and Telemundo-esque,it's just glorious.

Aliens. Now I know it's impossible to count the number of scenes that made this one of my favorite movies, but the one that MADE it for me, i.e: near the start when I knew I was strapped in for a hell of a ride:

Conversation between marines Pvt. Vasquez (tough as nails lady) and Hudson (smart ass soldier) while they've come out of deep space travel sleep and warming up/stretching out, and Vasquez performs some upper body strength feats:

Hudson: Hey Vasquez, have you ever been mistaken for a man?
Vasquez: No. Have you?

Followed by hi fives all around. The dialogue between them is worth the price of admission alone, but that really set the tone that these hardened crew had no idea what they were in for, and it was superb. The trash talk ramps up to the point where the shit hits the fan basically.

I generally hold a low opinion of the Superman film franchise and this movie in particular holds a special bit of hate in my heart for its stupid time travel climax resolution, but I absolutely love the above scene for the way that Christopher Reeve transitioned from the Clark Kent to Superman personas. Glasses are a weak disguise, but it's amazing how different Reeve made those two personas seem by changing octaves, slouching and changing his mannerisms. He actually sells the disguise.

I sort of have one.

The Dark Knight Rises is more of a guilty pleasure to be honest. I don't actually like most of the movie, when it isn't stupid it's boring. But the one scene I thoroughly enjoy every time I watch it is the first fight between Bane and Batman. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I really dislike Christian Bale as Batman so the scene is a sort of catharsis for that. Another reason I enjoy it is because of Tom Hardy, because he's awesome even in bad movies. I also enjoy the stupid little growl Bane does when he grabs Batman by the throat.

There's much to like about "The Professional", but I have a soft spot in my heart for:

"...I told you... Manny...? Bring me everyone."

"What do you mean, 'everyone'?"

"EV-RY-ONE!!!!!!!"

From "Dredd", the "incendiary" scene. Karl Urban sounded more impactful saying a single word than many action actors manage in their entire movies.
I keep tossing up between that scene or the one that immediately precedes it when he gets on the PA system:

Judge Dredd: Inhabitants of Peach Trees, this is Judge Dredd.
Ma-Ma: Let him talk.
Judge Dredd: In case you people have forgotten, this block operates under the same rules as the rest of the city. Ma-Ma is not the law... I am the law. Ma-Ma is a common criminal; guilty of murder, guilty of the manufacture and distribution of the narcotic known as Slo-Mo, and as of now under sentence of death. Any who obstruct me in carrying out my duty will be treated as an accessory to her crimes... you have been warned. And as for you Ma-Ma... judgement time.

I also love the backhanded insult he slips in calling Ma-Ma a common criminal, but the "Incendiary" scene really makes a strong case for itself thanks to the music, sound editing, and the reaction of the characters to this man who continues to pursue them despite everything they have thrown at him. He slows, but never stops.

I missed Dredd at the cinema, and when I saw it home on Blu-Ray I realized what a fucking mistake that had been.

Fun fact; those scenes were filmed last after the cast had been hanging out together for six or seven months. It's why the chemistry is so damn good. That said, I feel that the entire twenty minutes from waking up from Cryosleep and dropping to LV-426 is a screen-writing course in and of itself.

Dredd

the first few minutes involving the chase scene.

When I realised that Karl Urban KNEW Dredd's character.

That the director and writers understood the Dredd universe.

That we are actually getting an amazingly good, violent, grunge movie.

That it finally erased the embarassment of Stallone "The stupid egotistical crotch plate" Dredd movie.

I didn't know that, thanks for the fun fact! Definitely made it feel more authentic. And yeah, from the time the tough guys wake up to where things start getting ripped apart pretty much seals it. Such a classic.

I know most people would point to the Joker interrogation scene and yeah that was good, but the whole "I don't want to kill you. You complete me." part I found very...out of tone? Maybe out of character? That Joker didn't strike me as someone who had personal longing and enough self awareness to know what 'completes' him. Even if he was joking, its still not something he'd say. It just felt too...forced.
The Joker may appear to be the very image of chaos and unpredictability, but he does have a clear goal - and damn near everything he ever does is a part of his ongoing master plan to fulfill it.

The Joker sees the Batman as the closest thing he can possibly get to a kindred spirit. The two men are polar opposites, like yin and yang. Both are incredibly messed up, but where the Joker embraces chaos and disorder in all its forms, the Batman uses his fury and grief to fuel a never-ending campaign to make Gotham City a slightly better place each day.

The Joker is constantly working to subvert and undo everything around him. But his greatest desire is to subvert and undo the Batman.

It should be noted that the Batman lives in constant fear of becoming just another violent thug, no different from the lowlifes he seeks to bring to justice, and that he copes with this concern by never actually killing anyone. As long as he has not actually taken someone's life, the Batman can rest assured that he is doing more good than bad in this world. This is the thread from which his sanity hangs.

And so the Joker wishes, more than anything, to be killed by the Batman. This would undo them both, freeing the Joker from his agonizing existence and, at the same moment, granting him the ultimate victory over the only sentient being in the world with whom he has anything at all in common.

Hope this helps.

The final dinosaur fight from Jurassic World - a largely mediocre film in my estimation. Far and away the most fun I've had in any of the Jurassic Park films and I highly appreciate that they gave up on the whole tension-building business and pushed the fun factor. None of these films will ever be as tense as the first one so you might as well do something else.

The scene in The Raid when one of the bad guys gets his throat slit from a broken glass tube already shoved in his neck

I cheered for that scene

Whatever, just wash your hands.
The intro in the Watchmen. The intro is spectacular but the rest of the movie is kinda meh.

The very final line of Death at a Funeral: "Everything's fucking green!"
It's a bit long winded to explain, but I'm sure anyone who has seen this film will know what I'm talking about.

Also, in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, the fight scene in the training room between Yu Shu Lien and Jen Yu, that was an amazingly choreographed scene. The whole film was great, really, but that one scene was simply the most beautiful fight in the whole movie.

I don't cared on Nolan opinion on this scene (the last part). It was pure awesome having the camera panning on each of the character fight scene while kicking arse!
Yup ditto on this one, everything is perfect about it and the music just completes an otherwise perfect scene.

The very final scene in the Cowboy Bebop movie, preceded by the truly awesome 'Gotta Knock a Little Harder'

Spirited Away, Leave you shouldn't be here scene. Until this point the movie seems like a family that has gotten just a bit side lined by something a bit out of the way but this scene changes everything, again the truly awesome music combined with the events that follow just seal what an utterly fantastic movie this really is.

The rift off between The Devil and Tenacious D, the rest of the movie is meh but everything about that scene is just oure awesome and if it had been just a little longer my god.
