I don't really know what it is exactly, since they never really explain, but I think it's the power to create a sphere and then separate and rejoin anything within that sphere.

either that or control over water in all forms, the abilty to swap elemental auras and in turn control different elements at will, or control over the very fabric of reality itself. First thing I would do with that last one? Craft Dragons into exisitance and make it so that they blend well with human culture, as in the books by Naomi Novik.
