Is there maybe customer support for BF1 or your Xbone? Have you tried googling this issue. I did and you are not the only one with this problem. Some other people seem to have found solutions of some sorts.

The system couldn't authenticate your multiplayer account privileges.
This could be
-You don't have XLive/PSPlus (which you've ruled out)
-Battlefield isn't detecting this properly for some reason.
-The authentication server timed out/is down. This seems most likely as Battlefield specifically is a game recently launched and probably overloaded, with EA historically launching without enough server capacity. Also its been getting DDOSed pretty heavily (along with the background mass DDOSing of DNS servers thats occurred in the last few days)
-You have to have a linked EA account? I don't know on that one, don't play Battlefield.

Likely a silly question but on the One do you have your own Gold subscription or have you been making use out of someone else's who had the console set as their Home system?
If the latter perhaps they have switched their Home system to another Xbox One?

Battlefield has a history of being dogshit on release. This is why I always wait a few months for patches and server fixes before buying (If I bother) any Battlefield. This is just par for the course. Good luck to you though.
