I do belive that one is already out, at the very least it's store apears to be online this week alongside an open beta.

For me SC II: HotS and GW 2. It might be the only two new games i'll play the rest of the year.

X-Com Enemy Unknown. Looks pretty.
Borderlands 2...maybe. The loot grind was fun until I wasn't getting anything better.
SimCity 5 people no longer have jobs, and the videos specifically say "Not representative of game play"
Torchlight 2 already burned out on Torchlight 1. But it's better than Diablo 3.

That's pretty much already out. A recent patch added the Vasari in to the Beta, so people have essentially been playing the full game for about a week.
For me, I guess Final Fantasy Versus 13 (or FF15, whatever they're now calling it), Pokemon BW2 and Dishonored. Also keeping an eye on that X-Com game, not sure if I'll buy it though.

As far as major releases I'm looking forward to Assassin's Creed 3 and X-Com: Enemy Unknown.

But the thing I'm most looking forward to since finding out it comes out this summer is Natural Selection 2. The sequel to one of the best mods I've ever played. Absolutely cannot wait.
